The more important question... is this going to make release by the end of 2006?

It's a really ambitious game however... if it lives up to what Wright promises, look out.

Geometry Wars is the real game, Grid Wars is the unofficial port.

It's like Robotron/Smash TV/etc. You have a ship in the center of the screen. If you have a dual analog gamepad, one stick moves and one shoots. If not, then (if you're like me) you'll control with the gamepad and shoot with face buttons. Enemies keep appearing in small to large groups and you have to blow them away while not getting touched yourself. Power-ups appear every 5,000 points.

...God, did I think that peanut was totally retarded. Still do as a matter of fact.

Ashley: They're ALLLLLLL good.

Trapster: I actually had that problem once but totally forget how I fixed it. Sorry.

Trapster: Um, you can see by just looking at the main page. If you have a number underneath "Tickets" then you have to check them.

I dunno, I don't have dual sticks. I think it's arbitrary and not just at 45 degree angles, since I've spread some shots using just face buttons.

Considering we have a bunch of pizza places around my house (including two decent local places around 5 minutes away by car) we usually get the pizza within 30 minutes, nice and fresh.

Seriously, we have around 4-5 different reliable options, and I think only one's a chain (Pizza Hut), so...

Well, DD... are you impressed or saddened? XD

I saw a bit of that... again, if you're willing to put in the time and effort to make everything as tight/perfect as possible, then props to you. The sad thing is that there's probably a way to SHAVE time off it.

Um... no. First off, it isn't THAT hairy down there, and secondly... I just don't see the point. :\

As for a girl, I'd probably be happy with whatever she's comfortable with. :\ It's personal preference after all, although if it looked like a jungle...

Geez, now I'm reminded of... what was it... Scary Movie? XD

THANKFULLY he did. XD Although he said that he had just commented it out so it would be pretty silly to say you did and then... not follow up on it.

Today's been all right activity-wise without the incentive anyway.

Nice to see W-D back.

I didn't mind what little I saw of the Oscars... Jon Stewart did a good job and that's pretty much all that mattered to me. :\ Nothing horrid on the show it seemed.

Oh, here's a really interesting thing... last Thursday, Stephen Colbert managed to SUCCESSFULLY predict five Oscar winners through the "DaColbert Code" which I find highly amusing.

It's been under wraps for a while now but just started being shown last year. It was one of the hit games at E3. The only problem with open-ended games like this is that you just want to do more and more, and then you end up leaving something obvious out... so we'll see how good Will Wright is.

Yup.

I had a feeling something wasn't right yesterday when he had the stroke... I mean, obviously when someone has a stroke at age 45, there's going to be some questions ranged especially since he was... well... large. But it's still extremely shocking. I remember watching him play many years ago on TV; he was unique, no other way to put it. (I'm sure some of you have better memories, so feel free to post.)

He will be missed.

It COULD come out for the Revolution. Wright's said to be a fan of the system's potential so that's always possible. There's also rumblings about portable (DS/PSP) versions of the game as well.
