Without saying anything (because I'm not sure if I'm still under the NDA or not), I helped out in the beta-testing of a game that's coming out later this month for PC. Not a day after the beta started, someone leaked the beta onto torrent sites. Now, the beta itself couldn't be played because you needed to activate it with a code in order to access the game itself, but the fact is that the beta wasn't supposed to be leaked at all and the NDA made that crystal clear. The person had a couple of days to fess up and not face legal action, but didn't... so while that's going on, we were only given one build of the beta to mess around with instead of several as was planned. |

Oh cool, NHL.com got a much needed revamp this week. 
The Blue Jackets are going to be on Versus twice; Dec. 26 vs. Boston and Jan. 16 at Chicago. They'll also be on NBC three times; Feb. 11 vs. Chicago, March 25 vs. St. Louis and April 1 vs. Detroit.

So he took your name. Big deal. I'm not going to go around and yell at everyone who uses Colin as their name anywhere because it's a common name. The term "Nebetsu" gets 8,790 matches on Google, so you definitely can't go and say you thought of the name first.

That's still a bad leak but it's better the soundtrack gets leaked than the actual game itself. :\ Lots of CD's are pirated a week or two before release as well. |
