I'd think the opposite with Hargreaves given how fantastic he was against Portugal. If anything you try to see if he can work in the new system because he deserves another shot. And besides, guys like him and Lennon might be taking over from Beckham.

And to show NO day is boring in soccer... The Greek FA was suspended by FIFA today for government interference in the sport. You know, England, Canada's not doing anything on August 16, when you were supposed to face Greece...

McClaren will probably name him in the future squads but might not play him as much... I dunno. But he probably deserves one more chance to silence the critics.
The problem with the suspension is that nobody knows when it will be resolved. I mean, they're already going to have to give a walkover in the Intertoto Cup and if the top teams aren't in the Champions League... well, there'll be more chances to advance for the small teams I think. That'll be tricky. As for the Euros, I would just drop Greece and fasttrack Montenegro's FA application, then put them in Greece's spot. They'll get some good experience right off the bat.

Robert Szatkowski (Rob Van Dam) and Terry Brunk (Sabu) were both busted by the Ohio State Highway patrol last night after the ECW show in Huntington, WV. Acccording to The Ironton Tribune at www.irontontribune.com/articles/2006/07/03/news/news/437.txt, Szatkowski was driving a car and stopped for speeding. The troopers smelled marijuana and performed a search of the car, finding 18 grams of marijuana, five Vicodin, and other prescription pain pills. Brunk was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and had nine other pills that were not yet identified, but were labeled by police as controlled substances. Both posted bond and were released. They are both scheduled for a Thursday 10 a.m. court date in Ironton Muncipal Court. Nothing regarding WWE reaction to this was in the story. They are SCREWED, especially if WWE enforces the drug policy - this should be immediate termination. The WORLD CHAMPION being caught with drugs... oy vey. They'll wrestle tonight and tomorrow, but don't be surprised if Edge ends up getting the belt(s) from RVD on Tuesday.
