I only got into CTR after Hiryuu raved on and on about it to me. |
It's a fantastic kart game, very similar to Diddy Kong Racing but with more speed and some good challenges. If you like cart racing... GET.

I did not like the Goombas. Between this and their treatment in SMW (why can't you kill them by stomping on them normally*?), they got owned horribly during that time period. 
* - Yes, I know a spin jump does the trick. A normal jump doesn't and it's just ugh.

Confirmed for the Virtual Console: NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, TG-16. They could probably add others (SMS comes to mind) but for now, those are your five.

"All" (depending on licenses and that I guess) Nintendo first party stuff should be on there, along with Sega first-party games and Hudson games for the TG-16. More to follow. That's why I want to do a big "what might/might not be on the VC" blog post. (restricted) |
