I... really don't like the Buy Nothing concept. |
 I understand WHY it's done and the point behind it but there have to be better ways to get the message across.
Plus the number of people who do follow it is very tiny indeed.

I hate the FIFA Rankings. They're a horrible way to seed teams/state that X is better than Y. For example, thanks to the rankings it seems Mexico will be a seed in the World Cup. No way in hell that should be happening.

I know that the McD's around here are pretty clean although since the downtown one's are so busy, I *try* to avoid them. Although there is one that is fairly nice.

At least they all have different designs as well. I know my mom had a Filet O' Fish in America and found it awful compared to ours, so there you go. Differences between countries. :\

There is no Wizardry 6 translation available for the SNES. Your best bet is to somehow find the PC version and go from there. |

Spoiler: Taker appeared after the main event elimination match, which SD won with Orton being the sole survivor. He basically destroyed some midcarders who ran out of the dressing room and then eyed Orton as the show ended. It's looking like the next PPV's main event is Taker vs. Orton - Hell in a Cell. I can see it's effect more in the States but the problem is that when the school newspaper writes about it every year, they're saying you should buy NOTHING. No meals, no coffee, no newspaper, nothing. So by trying to force that idea down our throats and taking the most extreme position on the day, even though I'm sure most which follow the day don't take it to that extreme... it doesn't make Buy Nothing Day sound appetizing. :\ |
