| I'm here to take my topic back.
*takes topic back alright now. I've verified the line glitch along with a graphics screw up in Ridleys lair (I swear I thought I fixed this!) Both will be fixed come the next version. However... if you want to fix the small graphics screw up open your rom in a hex editor and go to 16B1B. Change "25 25 24 24" to "24 24 24 24" and problem solved. Oh! does anybody remember that document made by SnowBro that literally showed Metroid inside and out. I'm trying to find some information on Passwords. |

| Thanks for the document. I wasn't able to extract any password info from it. I can't imagine it being too hard to change where the password system thinks items are. Perhaps I can use trial and error.
Any suggestions? |

| I'm here to show off my reasoning for getting back into the ROM hacking forum (which is pretty much the only forum I go to here)

| My oh so wonderful ex (and I say that with all the sarcasum in the world) has put it upon herself to make my life as annoying as possible.
From the top... we went out for a bit, I almost slept with her. http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=6169 She decided to cheat on me with her ex which literally set a warhead off inside me. I felt like the worlds biggest tool. I remained friends with her, she told me she loved me, I told her I loved her. About a week after dumping me we shared a kiss or two at the beach (this was while she was seeing her ex again, thus she was cheating on him) That brought alot of guilt on me. Our conersations became less romantic and consisted more finger pointing. At one point I told her that we shouldn't talk to each other, that going silent for a few weeks might help us cool off. She sure didn't like that. She began accusing me of stalking and harrasment. What the fuck.... a few months go by and I get an IM from a friend of hers telling me that if I don't leave her alone he'll either kill me or press legal charges (I find it hard to stalk somebody from my college campus without making any effort at all to communicate) Him and I cooled down and we began discussing the matter in a mature fashion. He asked if he could hear my side of the story and I agreed. Without insult or bias I told him everything that happened between me and her, including what happened at the beach. Fast forward to a month later. Everything is good, everything is great. I have a new girl friend who amazes me. College life is good, my friends rule. Life is sweet. One day, after dropping my girlfriend off back at her school, I receive an email from my ex titled "hows college" I figure that it didn't look threatening and opened it. She began by ranting about how much of a douche bag I supposedly was for telling her friend about me and her at the beach. I was angry as all hell and she sends me another email. Shes going around telling all my friends how much of an asshole I am... and it just pisses me the hell off. How could one person be such a jack-ass as to make me look bad out of what seems like boredom. Ughhhh I wanna fucking smash her knee caps!!! |

| Well, I released Metgen a good six months ago with desirable results. While it was in production I simultaneously worked on a map displaying the room details as well as item locations and boss locations. I never showed it to anybody out of fear of spoiling the fun for them. It's been months and I'm sure anybody who had interest in the game would want to see it. However, if you haven't played it I suggest beating it before looking at this map... or look at it anyway... you cheater
