| Well, the problem with rules against being a jerk, again, comes with enforcement. In my game, I had several turns where I took awhile to play (Though nothing compared to some of dsmaster's turns). Come to think of it, if I successfully play clit, he never gets off "duits" and the game probably plays out completely differently. But in any event, that was definitely a good match. Very even until the aforementioned "duits" which I never recovered from.

Off of The Yes Album, the album that made Yes superstars in most of the world (Success in the United States would elude them until their next album, Fragile). At nearly seven minutes, clearly this shows some of their progressive tendencies that they would later become known for, yet there's also a very sort of hippie-ish vibe to it that's largely lacking in the alter material. Listen to the first three or four minutes of this song and tell me you don't want to hug some trees as you do. You can't do it. Lyrically....yeah, I have no idea. That's par for the course for early Yes. Though taking a look at the lyrics, and listening again, it really does seem that this could have functioned quite well if the two parts of the song (Part i is "Your Move", part ii "All Good People") were simply seperated and made into individual songs.

(Okay, I technically had the lead for pretty much the entire match, not counting his first turn which was before mine, but still)
From my side of it, I played ASPIRINS not even expecting it to be a real word (I always thought the plural of ASPIRIN was just ASPIRIN). I think I have a comfortable lead when drjay comes back at me with GLIMMERS, and I realize "This may not be that easy after all". I pretty much maintained whatever margin I had (15-20 point lead, maybe) until the aforementioned MOLE, which was some sickeningly high-point play (I think it was 28) thanks to the M being on, I think, a Triple Word (It was definitely Triple something), and playing off of RICER which gave me ME and OR as well. EDIT: I looked at a Literati board just now. For my MOLE play, the M was on a Triple Letter which counted twice (For both MOLE and ME) and the E was on a Triple Word.
