I believe Spike Dudley was another person who never made it into the ring for a Rumble, though that requires loosening the definition of "unable to physically walk out", since he was walking down the aisle when he got attacked.

As for the Giant Ass Fuck Coffee (Scroll down to the bottom after it loads) Bonus Question, I'll look at those credits and note that Shawn Michaels seems to be a likely choice.

I feel the need to point out a few things:

A. If Moby is a sellout, it's because he licensed AN ENTIRE DAMN ALBUM to various corporations long before his latest release.

B. One of the Devo guys actually did the theme for Rugrats, so the band's association with Disney (Yes, I know the Rugrats aren't Disney-owned) really shouldn't come as that much of a surprise.

YES!!

I fucking did it. I fucking passed MAX 300. Yeah, it was on console, but the way I see it is that the more generous timing window is offset by a setup that we can hopefully all agree is suboptimal (A foam Ignition-style pad on a shaggy-type carpet).

Oh, 56K warning, the pics are pretty huge filesize-wise.

But damn, never in my life will I ever be so happy to see a grade of "C" on a DDR song again.

Let's see.

2 to HP

2 to Defense

1 to M Defense

I'll master Charge...I honestly forget and don't want to look back through the topic...do I getone more thing to learn, or is that it?

The best Castlevania game to date.

Totally beaten to this one.

I'll try the ending of Ghosts N' Goblins:

"CONGRATURATION
THIS STORY IS HAPPY END.
THANK YOU.

BEING THE WISE AND COURAGEOUR KNIGHT THAT YOU ARE YOU FEEL STRONGTH WELLING. IN YOUR BODY. RETURN TO STARTING POINT. CHALLENGE AGAIN!"

For the record, the spelling and grammar are exactly as they appear in the game.

Wasn't this, like, the original Power Rangers-type show (You know, guy battles villain, giant robot battles giant villain)?

So in between making sure my passing of MAX 300 wasn't a fluke (It wasn't, by the way), I decided to try Sana Morette ne Ente (AKA "DDR: 'UNREADABLE GLOB OF SLOW-MOVING ARROWS' Player: 'Huh?!' DDR: 'FAILED' Player: 'Um...okay then.'") on 1X Flat. I apparently had played it more than I thought, as I proceeded to AA it (Both via the home versions' "Full Combo = Automatic AA" and the fact that my PA would have given it to me anyway). Maybe not as impressive as getting through MAX 300, but I found it amusing nonetheless.

I have to say that I think the original poster is really looking through the rose-colored glasses of nostalgia. A good percentage of the games he mentioned (The Simpsons games, the Ren & Stimpy game) are actually rather bad if one goes back and plays them now. Heck, they weren't very good even then.

One game based on a license that didn't suck: Sunsoft's Batman game for the NES. Kickass soundtrack, pretty damn hard, just good stuff overall.

Willow for NES was a fun little RPG-type game too.

More console accomplishment fun: I'm basically giving up on attempting to AAA songs in any particular order after my most recent one on MAX2 (Keep in mind that my previous 2 were on Light on DDRMax) for PS2:

Dream A Dream Heavy (WHA?!?!).

Oh, and some random pictures, both from DDRMAX and/or MAX2 on PS2, both on Heavy:

The aforementioned 1X Flat Sana AA

Twilight Zone Full Combo; Would also have been a AA on an arcade machine.
