So when is it coming out now? I don't think it can get much better than it looks now...

Wow... I don't wanna discourge you or anything, but I'm 13 and I'm about that tall already... I must be doing something right... I googled it and found www.growtaller.net, otherwise eat your vegtables, and let genetics do the rest.

A better way of saying that would probably be don't take the ranks to seriously, they're only a little pic of a videogame sprite.

Anyway that aside... WELCOME!

I've played SML2 before, and SML3. Even though I never finished it I still think SML2 was better than 3

Only you can decide anyway, right? So make the 2 second decision already and get back to the hack. Snow, desert, it's all blah.

I wasn't doing this to generate spam... I don't think I've ever tried created a spam message, nor incourage spam.
I just wanted to know the publics opinion on which was better, and I think that I was given an idea thanks to Tatrion, I think I may use his idea, or mabye marioman 64's.
Oh yeah, thanks JJ but I can't seem to use the pallettes included with the snow tileset, (and for some odd reason I haven't downloaded your oil foreground guess I better check it out) thanks!

YY-CHR is definitely better than TLP, and I just open two separate windows and copy and paste between the two, though I've never tried tile molester, (never even heard of it actually).

Off topic: See I knew TLP sucks!

On topic: I suggest YY-CHR, but if you do want to use TLP, I think you're looking at the wrong bpp format, make sure it reads 4bpp SNES.

Oh and don't load a ROM into TLP, try loading the extracted graphics from LM

The problem is the small tiles, (16x16s) they can cover every square of the overworld, while the path tiles (8x8s) can only cover every other set of two 16x16's, in short, your paths and 16x16's don't match up straight.

Oh, and you ALWAYS read the faq before you ask a question, that way, you won't need to wait for a good samaritan like me to come along and answer your question, and yes I'm sure you can find what I stated explained in better words in the faq, but then you'll have to look...

And as one last thought, people prefer total overworld hacks, not just minor modifications. Best of luck hacking!

Hmm... I'm not trying to spam, and this does go off-topic a bit, but how did you both (Godwar, Braggl) find out about LM?

Hmm... and I suppose just to keep this on-topic... Iceman is right.

OMFG! *craps pants of excitment* okay seriously though you show some potential as a good hacker, but you need to work on yer spealing, and improve a bit on your overworld, otherwise you have some good level design, it just needs perfection.

Actually I recently discovered what the map16G files are for, they control block behavior, therefore being un-needed by backrounds.

Would it be possible to repoint the "mario" text on the status bar to read from a different pallette? That way if it was to read from the mario pallette, it would always appear red, instead of whatever color is in the PN=0 CN=A,10 position?

Every so often, when I don't move my hand, my thumb will begin to twitch uncontrollably, you may not all be able to relate to this, but it's the same feeling you get when you touch an electric fence, just without the pain. I'm to young for Parkinson’s, and it's beginning to creep me out. I can however seem to stop the twitch if I begin to put some minor strain on my thumb, and if it holds any relevance, I crack my knuckles. Can someone please tell me what's wrong?

Hard? I just beat it in about ten minutes, boring, and painful? Yes. Should he stop hacking because people don't like it? No. Allover he has improved at English skills, at level design (a bit), and he learned exgfx. If he puts more work and time into his hacks, then they won't suck so bad, but for the time we will have to put up with him, till he learns to do a good job.

Wow when you look at the US, I'm 1 millimeter away from Alastor, in reality it's more like a two hour drive, and that map is quite unaccurate, it says I live in a piece of land surrounded by river... I THINK stayton isn't surrunded...

A "temporary physiological disorder, causing muscle spasms, often triggered by lack of sleep" I have been staying up till about 1:00 lately, so you can quit your theories about demonic possession, and thumb hacking...

I don't really know about visual basic, but I higly doubt that would happen, if you pop a windows 95 disk in an XP computer, it dosen't automatically degrade your computer.
All you have to do is google the exact name of the missing file and download it, its not saying "download visual basic 6 or this won't work"

You can zoom in, you know. You're TOTALLY not surrounded by water.

It's cause I repositioned where I was.

And that is VERY creepy, it maps my neighbors driveways...
