Well, if you want to focus on big budget titles, you might as well not have budget-chewing titles sitting out there. Plus, the PS3 is the ultimate budget chewer. I forgot where I read about it, but a cost breakdown put developing for that console at an unbelievably high number when compared to the X360 and especially the Wii

And the ten commandments can arguably be said to be placed on the laws of Hammurabi. In the European sphere the idea of wergeld basically predated Christianity and did a lot of the things the 10 commandments told folk to do.

I'm not exactly sure if Alkis knows what he is talking about. The last thig that you want is a society that is solely based on the dictatorship of the masses. The whole idea of respresentative democracy and even direct democracy allow for the minority in the political system to have some say and have a decent amount of protection. That is not to say that this protective measure has not been smashed down before. Many Western nations managed to sneak in some really repressive measures.

Because that is not how inflation or cost of living work

I'm for a high minimum wage because it makes it easier for the working class to lift itself out of it. It allows more upward social mobility and in cases of downward movements, people can get back up.

Also, yeah. You see that is a bad strategy. If the Big 3 are working together on a court case there is NO WAY you can win. That is a lot of money that you're spending on a flimsy ass case.

2. We still look down on that there "mass killing to benefit a country". Remember that there Holocaust? Killing them there Jews, Roma, Slavs and Commie Catholic anti-state pacifists really benefited everyone. This just in: 1945 - Eugenics officially uncool!
3. I'm not in favour of abortion or euthenasia. I believe that the choice should be open.

It increases it. Many nations with a lot of social ability have good minimum wages. It allows someone to go to a good college more easily and work less hours to get the same amount of pay. Which is important if you want to have a society that has that social mobility that everyone seems to caw on about.

That's a massive problem with the videogame industry. Some "journalists" that follow it, particularly from Gamespot, are peabrains and editorializers to an extreme degree. There is little consumer-based oversight beyond reviewing the games and occasionally dumping on something. For the most part the production aspects, and all of the really important pre-playing stuff, is ignored. There aren't any industry based publications for general public that I know of...at least not here in North America. Sure, some stuff gets put into EGM or whoever else, but for the most part the real business decisions have to be found in the back of a newspaper or a really constrained search. And when they do get reported in the open...well, idiots fuck it up. You really have no one to trust until a higher edge gaming mag comes out for intelligent patrons.
