That's Blade Master Alastor. Alastor the Stylish is his untransformed state. He's considerably faster and stronger, but has no wings, has less power over lightning (can only do the vortex), and has considerably less defense. If you want to list all his powers, then you still forgot that he has a giant robot which totally counts for a lot.

And let's not forget the bat wings.

Or Super Ninja.

Or how Deadly Dolphin had no deadly dolphins.

And the fact that for some reason also there's magic.

The thing is though that a lot of these are inside jokes, or simply things drawn for personal amusement. They accomplish my goal quite well, they just aren't funny to the masses
