| I've always thought POW on/off hurt blocks in tandem with some interesting animation - lightning generators is what I'm thinking - could make for a rentsy, rentsy level idea, but have never found a good point to implement something like that in one of my own hacks. Also, Lightning Bolt needs to be way more powerful, and star needs to be less powerful. Star right now is just way too good. Possible suggestions: Lightning makes people fall back equal to their current rank, inverted. IE, last place guy is knocked back a single space, the first place guy out of nine is knocked back nine spaces, etc. And get rid of the knocking back by passing, since you haven't been able to flatten people with lightning in a long time. Star just needs -power. The roll should only be x1.5, and should only knock people back 2 spaces. Also we need bullet bill. That's harder to get than star, but has star's current effect... With a slight exception. Every time you pass someone on it, the amount of spaces you go forward with it is reduced by 1.
