The comic, that is.

So yeah, I'm something of an Irritability fan, though I don't mention it much.

So... My plan is to hotlink images from the Irritability site, and have no one complain. Or something like that. Anyway I intended to post a (somewhat) random Irritability comic a day.

These may stretch the tables if your resolution isn't particularly good, so... Consider yourself warned.

Or, hell, you could just browse the archives. I linked the main page. It's that part that says "The comic, that is."

I've had this for a fair while, I just... Haven't been able to post about it, since... The board... Death...

Anyway.

It's pretty fantasticafreaking awesome. The game plays out in a way that each player fight to best complete various stage objectives. The one who completes them best gets a 1000 point bonus. You get other points for beating the crap out of things, and players. If a player dies? Half their points fly out. And then there's a bunch of cool VFX powers you can pick up to do awesome things.

Basically, a good way to describe it would be 30% Viewtiful Joe, 20% SSBM's coin battle mode, 10% Power Stone, and 40% crack cocaine. Many reviews seem to hate it, citing "unoriginality" and that the play is "far too chaotic to keep track of." But y'know what? Those reviewers just aren't awesome enough for this game.

And yeah, Tetrisphere is pretty awesome. But then, you can literally nuke the puzzle pieces... How could it possibly NOT be awesome?

Well, sprite comics are easier to make, so I stuck with this. Sprite comics are all I know. 8^\

You may need to refresh "http://www.geocities.com/kyoujicrap/acss.css" in your cache for it to look different, though.
