Generally, I use SnesEdit for table hexing, Cygnus for regular hexing and Tile Molester for most things graphics.

I'll send a string table and the latest build of the program to the lucky winners.

So far, Sappy is available in English, Dutch and Spanish, thanks to SlimeSmile and Baro respectively. I'd like to add German to the list, and Japanese needs an update.

Disclaimer: it's not a ROM being hacked, and it's not programming either.
