How does Gyarados fair against Misty? He's Water/Flying and dosn't learn any electrical attacks naturaly (I think you can teach him Thunder though ), so I'm thinking you must have had to brute-force her with Dragon Rage? I forgot what level he learns it in that game, but I didn't think he'd have that much of a moveset at that point. I would just use a Pikachu or even a high level Raticate to get the job done.

Bite, make sense I don't remember if it had a flinching effect back then or not though. Now bite in the later games, Gold and beyond, it became Dark. Starmie's half psychic so..bite would REALLY be the way to go in that case.

I only have a few very close friends because I learned that its hard to keep bonds when people change so much. I didn't mean for it to happen that way, we all just grew apart...as much as it hurts, it is a thing of life, and you'll end up meeting new people who you'll find you can grow close to for your time together at your stage of life. Sometimes even the closest of friends don't always stay together--other times they do. I've had to accept it, and as difficult as it is, I'm sure that in time you will learn to accept it, too

The tail seems...well, Alastor said it kind of the best. I still thnk that it is a very creative drawing though and I think the background and the quote add so much. You have talent--keep it up!

At least, I think...

This is true. The only other change in old Pokemon, is the attack Bite went from Normal to Dark, making it super effective on psychics. I'm not sure if Super Fang and Hyper Fang were changed too, someone may want to correct me on that.

Let's not forge the rumor about the truck next to the S.S. Anne. They even brought it back in the Fired Red/Leaf Green series but it had no purpose...you can find a Lava Cookie in a box next to it now, though.

The same way you would normally--don't go on the SS Anne, but trade for a Pokemon with Cut instead. Come back later with Surf and go over there from the lower dock. Theres a box down to the right with a Lava Cookie hidden inside of it.

Actualy, Bulbasaur became surprisingly usefull with the birth of the second game, and now..well you can some crazy Venusaur movesets I actualy started with Charmander the first time. My mom picked Bulbasaur and my sister was Squirtle, so I picked Charmander to be different. He was actualy probably the worst choice near the beginning..rock and water gyms starting out. I had to train some other Pokemon to take out Brock and Misty (Brock was really hard, I had to get a Butterfree with Sleep Powder and brute force him with Ember ), but overall, I think Charmander is very strong (despite the major flaw in Charizard's Flying/Fire type) and useful much later on in the game I later traded for an Ivysaur from a friend and fell in love with it after second generation breeding came in.

Lots of people don't use their starters overall on their team. I had to cut Meganium from my team in the end when I played Silver.

That's exactly what it does, its basicly a Full Heal under a different name. I think it might be a little bit cheaper, too. I'm not too sure so don't hold me to that..

Late work shifts, procrastinated studying, homework assignments...I've pulled a few in my day The next day was always the worst for me. I would sometimes fall asleep in school after that, I'm just lucky I'm always a quiet girl so I probably don't draw much attention I don't do all nighters THAT much, but it does happen...it isn't something I enjoy though.
