I have had to deal with jerky landlords in the past.. in the time when I lived at home, when I was very young and my father lived with us still, he would fight with my mom and one time he broke something, Ionno what anymore, outside the condo. After the divorce, the landlord basicly tried to stick my mom with a bill for all the junk he broke in his little hissyfits over time ._.;; my mom couldn't have payed it off as well as the rent until her reimbursment from the divorce came, but eventualy it was decided that my dad would have to pay it or he couldnt transfer the lease to my mom and that mad him go nuts ^^ This landlord was very nice about it after. His wife was always really kind too, I miss her now ._.;; She played with me when I was little.

The landlord in my aunt's appartment I stay in now is kind of mean, but that's because I think he's a dork and I used to tap into his linksys with a laptop. He didn't like me very much for that ._.;; he also thinks I'm always up to no good. Stinky guy. I guess what I'm saying in all this is I can relate. You have landlord problems? That's all I know ._.;;

I'm not sure what you should do..you did not do the damage so you should not have to pay. Refuse and tell him to find the original tenents and make them, or say he should have. Or, even say it is his responsibility to keep up his own building. I hope everything works out okay.

Kind of just want to find myself. I'm not really sure where I'm going with my life. I'm confused about so many things, and I find myself too often persuing things I shouldn't be. I need to learn to just be Erika, and stop trying to live up to any assumed expectations..I just need to figure out who Erika is..that's what I'm hoping to do ._.;;

So many things...so many things When I was a little bit younger, I used to love to write and draw, all the time. I think I could still be some good at it, and that was what made me think I would want to be a manga author and do both of these things.

I also think however, I would love to have a field in videogames. I love games, I love the fun and interactivity..I always wanted to be a person to make that one game everyone just really enjoyed. The kind of game you can just load up when you're bored and play it for so long without worrying about anything else.

Oh, oh! And cooking! That's what I think I really want to do..Ionno ._.;; I am an okay cook, its very fun! But really really..in anything I do, I want people to enjoy it. I like making people happy but then why am I so scared of being with somone? That is what I have the most trouble seeing in my future. I'm too trusting so I'm affraid I'll get hurt. I don't want to end up alone, but..it has to feel perfect..blah, the future is too complicated I'm not going to think about this for a few more years, that's when it counts right? ._.;;

Ionno, I thought it might be a interesting discussion, it was on my mind lately. How much of an age difference do you think there should be between two people who are together? Me, I would probably never date anyone who is more than maybe 2 years older than me or maybe one year younger. I like my own age group fine ._.;; My auntie is 13 years older than her boyfriend..this is why I wondered. I guess some people like her don't care about age at all, just happiness. How about you?

I do think that the range can differ depending on how old you are, but at the same time, things can often work differently than you expect. I'm going to be honest..I said my auntie is 13 years older than her boyfriend. But, she just turned 30, that means he's 18. I guess when I think about it, it is actualy a little bit weird, but they seem to actualy care about one another a whole lot! That's why I never noticed so much.

She told me that it didn't feel wrong to her, she knew she'd never find someone like him if she let him go just so she could find an older guy. Really, this is what it's all about, right? I think that's what should matter, anyways. If you can be responsible and it is not illegal, then great! Of course that dosn't mean I would want to do something like that..but who knows, they say love comes where you least expect it. That's why I don't think you can really put a number on love.

Where I came from, you were either a Pokemon fan or a Digimon fan, and if you liked both, more power to you. I was always a Pokemon girl. I disliked Digimon for many reasons..I owned the first two Tamagochi generations, and soon after, clones like Nano Pets and, you guessed it, Digimon came out. I thought they were all just marketing gimmicks so I never picked up on it. Oh, but, then, it comes back in to the light JUST after Pokemon starts to pick up. Mmm...I thought they were just trying to steal another market. Digivolve? People would associate Digimon and Pokemon as one in the same.

When I came stateside for the very first time for a videogames convention, the amount of people blinded by American media scared me. People saw both franchises as nothing more than their horrid North-Americanised anime counterparts, and dared to compare and even group the series as one in the same based on that. I was never a fan of misconceptions, and always just liked to stay true to what I felt was the original. But yeah.....I didn't like Digimon very much

Hehe... I once heard this joke, it was kinda bad, but goes like this.

There was a women at a gas station pumping gas into her car with a lit cigarette. She ended up getting a little gas on her clothes so then she says "Oh shiX" and while saying this the cigarette falls out of her mouth onto the clothes that got sprayed with gas. She catches fire and the cops come in. They end up arresting her for having an illegal fire arm.

It kinda stinks, but it's funny. If I remember how it's supposed to go then it would be a little more funny.

I lose.

Where...is the punchline? Am I missing something, or were you just not funny ._.;;

You know, otaku is an actual word in the Japanese language. It wasn't just created as a derrogitory term for you and others to slap on to people. Yes, there are those obsessed with the culture that make me want to cry, and there are those who are just plain interested. Otaku as an actual defined word holds no meaning to retardation or asian fandom, at all .__.;; Also note that the outfit in question here is a traditional CHINESE garment, not Japanese. Unless I missed the memo where the entire Asian continent was declared otaku territory.. I'm just tired of seeing that word get used so often. Maybe its because people have called me that as well, not realising I gew up there But that is an otaku too, at least over here! The things I've learned..

On the topic of that outfit, I love it I own something kind of similar...actualy, this ...is pretty close to mine, I think. Anyways, I'm sure you will look very good in it, and good luck/congratulations with your graduation

In anyone...they just have to be a good person Just nice, someone who isn't mean but can accept the faults of others, but still be a there for them even though they have these faults. I am a little too trusting..so it is very hard for me to make friends or even find someone (but I'm not really looking, anyway!) like a partner because I get worried that I will trust them and get hurt. Its happened before so..I just don't learn I guess, so its easier to avoid the unknown sometimes. I cherish the couple of friends that I do have, because I know that they are good people that will be there for me if I need someone to even just to talk to. That's all I really want

Actualy, I think Colin would be the mom ._.;; *ducks*

HyperHacker would be the weird uncle who sits in the basement tinkering with his 'inventions' (ROM hacks?) all day (we all know we have someone like this in our family). Ran-chan would be like the grandpa because old people are usualy clueless. Sorry^^; I'm playing..and Acmlm would be like the one cousin you always hear about but no one's ever actualy seen for years.

It dosn't matter if the USA is annoyed by the law, as long as it isn't via the internet ._.;; and doing what if you are innocent? convicting you? Well, if my understanding of the legal system is right, once you are deemed innocent by a jury, then you are already cleared of that accusation, not "the jury finds you innocent but we're still fining/imprisoning you". So really...what are you talking about
