I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but I'm sure like most things theres probably just a pointer somewhere that tells the sprite where the palette is within this "chunk". Theres probably different pointers regarding where to look for fire palette, the palettes that the star cycles though, etc..

Edit: haha...well if you can't read the characters, the blocks at the end with the Japanese on it are all words like kitchen, toilet, and bathroom unit XD

One of the first games I ever had (Kirby's Dreamland was THE first). I love this game so much, MvDK does NOT compare, at all, to this game. It just dosn't...this game expands on an old classic and makes it fun. And that's what gaming is all about, is having fun--you will with this one

Have you seen the pictures included in the recent games? They are rather suggestive They're not even hidden HOT COFFEE MOD pictures, just in the regular sequence. Granted, it's still not the 'hottest', it's way more than Princess Peach

You mean the SSBB stuff, or do you mean in recent Metroid games? I havn't played anything since Zero Mission so I can't say I've seen a whole lot of Samus lately ^^;

Yoshi's Island 2 looks way too gimmicky for my tastes (and I won't even start on the continuity issues it brings up..) Yoshi's Island itself, however, is one of my favorite games of all time. I never got 100% on every level, but I'm still working on it when I'm bored

I'm aware timeline isn't what makes a game however...its the gimmicky, time-line killing junk like this that makes the game less enjoyable. I mean...baby DK and baby Peach? Maybe its fun but that makes absolutly no sense, and to me it appears like they did it just because they wanted to sell copies by making that sort of a gimmick. I guess I'm always going to be one of those people you'll hear complaining that they don't make 'em like they used to I'll more than likely pick the game up, regardless..
