Any ideas for what kind of attacks he´d have?

Mach Rider isn't even a bike game .__.;; and they made a medly of Mach Rider songs as the alternate music to Big Blue in SSBM. It's almost like they were going to do something with that (like the Balloon Fighter music in Ice Mountain)

This is the Mach Rider I remember.

"and they made a medly of Mach Rider songs as the alternate music to Big Blue in SSBM."

In don´t recall ever hearing that music on Big Blue. I guess I`ve to try that.

OKAY. I somehow when knowing what I was talking about in the first place got confused with an entirely different NES racing game mid thought. You were right about the bike guy! But the alternate music is definatly there, and its worth a listen to

Favorite position? I've never slept with anyone, but I know I have a thing for anal. I found it out when I was masturbating once and it drove me wild.

Okie...Truth: What's your biggest turn on and why?

Oh!! And would it kill them to do the right Luigi voice for once? ._.;; It's by the same person as Mario, they can just have him do it instead of making Luigi sound like Mario in BOTH GAMES. It always got to me .__.;;

My mom used to (still does?) play this on the PC (we don't own an X-Box) alot. I never had a chance to try it myself, but from what she's told me and the little I've seen, it's a really solid title. There's alot that can be done in it. I would think the X-Box version would be pretty dumbed down since you're limited to what the console can handle and mods aren't going to be supported

Ah! A Streetfighter game! There's only one PsP in the house that's not mine (its auntie's), but my aunt and I are fighting game freaks. She hooked me on Tekken and Streetfighter after making me play her to death in both. I'm really excited about this...and even moreso now that you mentioned Puzzle Fighter, do you have any idea when that's coming out? I absolutly love puzzle games (probably my favorite genre!), and it's been a while since I've tried a new one.

It isn't bad, but its inconsistant with the real Luigi voice. For his real voice...see Mario Kart 64, the Mario Advance games, Mario 64 DS, Mario Kart DS, Luigi's Mansion...see a pattern? And then SSB/M and Mario Party had to go and be inconsistant D:

Here's a recipe for onigiri, one of my favorite Japanese snacks ^^; This will make about 8 of them..

  • 4 cups Japanese 'sticky' rice
  • Filling, such as salted salmon/shake(1/2 lb fillet), umeboshi (pickled plum, 1 or 2 of them), katsuboshi (smoked tuna, 1/2 lb filet), or another salty fish or favorite filling like eel, shirako (fish semen .__.;;), or another sweet pickle.
  • 2 sheets of nori (seaweed, pretoasted, or toast it yourself)
  • 1/4 cup dried bonito or katsuobushi flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Prepare your filling if you need to. If you use salmon fillets instead of shake, salt it and let it sit for a bit (a couple of hours should do the trick). Remove the pits from your umeboshi and chop them up. Prepare your other fillings and ingrediants as necessary, such as cooking your rice, and toasting your nori if you need to. You should also mix your soy sauce and bonito/katsubushi flakes together, so that it can 'marinade', or soak in the soy sauce and pick up some of its flavor.

A special note about cooking your rice: Cook the rice until it is ready to use, but do not overcook it or burn it. Make sure the rice is firm and sticky. Keep it inside your rice cooker until you need to use it, most should be insulative but if it is not, just put a cheesecloth over the top and put the cover back down to help keep in the heat. It's important that your rice dosn't get too cold or loose its quality, we need the rice to be firm and sticky! Just remember that! Also remember that if you don't want the rice to stick to your hands, make sure that they are damp. This is important!

If you added salt to your salmon, you should rinse it off after a couple of hours. If you used shake, you don't have to worry about it...when your fish is all ready, you should grill it lightly for 5 minutes. Make sure you don't over-cook it! This step is important because if you did not grill it, and used raw fish, you would have a type of sushi instead!

Take a handful of rice into your hand and press a tiny opening into the middle. Inside here, you can start to add in your fillings. If you used the chopped umeboshi, you can just fill it in as it is. If you used salmon, shake, eel, or another kind of fish, add a tiny drop of your soy sauce/flakes to the center of the opening before placing in the fish. Cover the opening with rice, then form the entire thing into a triangle shape (you can do a ball, if this is too difficult, too. But traditionaly we use a triangle). Wrap a peice of nori over the top and press it onto the back. You need to use the shiny side. If you used a ball, fold it over the bottom and press it on the middle. When you are done you can roll it over some toasted sesame seeds to coat it, or you can eat it as it is (but I recomend the seeds! they are very good with it)

I make these for snacks all the time, they are very delicious and good for any time! I hope you will enjoy, too!

Ran-chan, the fish semen (shirako) is an optional filling, you know. Some people like it, I really can't stand it because it feels really salty, the few times I've had to try it. Traditionaly, we just use shake or umeboshi, but I wouldn't recomend trying shirako unless you like your fillings very salty. As for things Americans eat that make us go "wha...???", I know my mom does that all the time when I tell her about things I've eaten here ^^

It isn't always just the food, but the way the food is ate too. There is a VERY big cultural gap between American and Japanese meals.

For example, it is a sign of respect to say "Itadakimasu" before eating, and "Gochiso-sama" after eating. After being here so long, when I went back home over the summer, I was so used to being over here that I forgot to say it. She just couldn't believe that in America, it wasn't traditional to say something respectful before and after your meal (I know that some people say grace, but, in Japan, Itadakimasu and Gochiso-sama EVERYONE says, it's just a cultural thing). Little things like this...you know?

The poor thing though..she wouldn't last a day here xD she's not used to American culture at all. I have to admit I was not either, but, you learn to adapt ._.

Oh! And we have spaghetti here too, there are some very very delicious Italian restaurants in the Tokyo area ^^;

The culture itself might appear disinteresting, but I have become fascinated by American cuisine in my time here. The way that so many dishes are a combination of ingrediants, styles, and flavors of just so many different cultures...it's like it is a mix of all of the world's cultures in food form!

I love Japanese cooking and even though it is my specialty and is versatile, there is alot of things that just don't make it into it, by tradition. A big thing is cheese. It's very, very very rare to see a Japanese dish to be cooked with any kind of cheese or dairy like cheese (even butter is not common common in things that you aren't baking)..but in American cooking, theres so many different tastes and flavors and ingrediants..I just like learning about all the different tastes there are.

I'm sort of in a predicament. I am friends with a girl who I know is cheating on her boyfriend. I am very very good friends with her boyfriend. He thinks the world of her and to this day has no idea and thinks she is still faithful to him..

My question is what do I do? Do I confron the girl? Do I just tell the guy? The whole thing is really bothering me because he deserves better than this. I would just like some suggestions, because I'm all out.

I'd feel kind of guilty not to get involved in some way. It would be like one of those things where if he did eventualy find out later, I'd feel really bad having known about it the whole time. Guilty concience, I guess I'm saying. I will probably have a talk with the girl, if I get the opportunity to. I think, at the least, she at least owes it to him to tell the poor kid she's found someone else..or at least that she hasn't been honest with him.

I've done many mods. I've moded both my PSX and PS2 and my sister's, and a couple of friend's. I've done repairs and other modifications to Gameboy Pockets and Colors, and lost many others in the name of sceince xD I've done numerous mods to SNES and SFC systems, most of them simply filing off the tabs preventing SFC games to be played.

My current modification project is a kind of portable NES system using a pirated NES-on-a-chip and other NES parts. It will work with Famicom games, too (I just need to converter in my Gyromite game). I just need to figure out a couple of circuits on this board...its my main hardware moding project, along side my dissection of the SNES for 'educational' purposes.

Oh, and I broke Deadly Towers with a hammer. I call this a mod because I made it enhanced and better than what it actualy was. Yes it is a much better game when it is in little peices .__.

Awwwww! DharkDaiz, most girls would kill for a guy like you I'm going to be spending the day alone again. Actualy, working...the restaurant buisness on a holiday is always going to be horrendously buisy.

When my shift finaly ends, I'll probably eat the candy my aunt gives me. Every year, she gets candy from a bunch of older guys who have their eye on her at time. They don't take no for an answer, especially with her being taken to a much younger guy. So she just gives all their candy to me! Which is good, because I love chocolate. Maybe a little too much

I have always tried to not let it get me down these past 15 years. I see it as more of a "free candy and sympathy" day than anything else ^^

I'm not exactly looking for anyone to spend it with, really..I'm perfectly contented being alone like I have been the past 14 valentine's days. Growing up like that, you get used to it over time..plus I guess it means I'm not obligated to buy anyone else candy..more chocolate for me =D

Not really, but it was almost right. It's really "I receive this food" and...loosely, a thank you for the food. It's just...polite, back home. But I've been 'out of practice' with all those traditions, so they get a little upset sometimes xD

Oh, she knows full and well what she's doing, which is what makes me hate this so much. Like I said before...he deserves so much better than this, just because he's given her so much and this is how he's being repayed.

As for my friendship with either one, I'm trying to be as neutral as possible, but at the same time I know in my heart the girl is in the wrong and I in no way intend to defend her actions. This is just way too confusing

I've been thinking about it...and I think, it would be best, to at least talk to her and tell her why I feel how I do about this. If she doesn't end up telling him, I might have to tell him myself. I appreciate the offer, Apophis, but, I think he might want to hear it from someone that he can trust and can back it up (he might not believe just anyone telling him that, you know..)

I appreciate the suggestions though...If I end up doing this, I'll probably be doing it some point tonight. How depressing, and on valentine's day =| I'll keep you guys posted if I do end up going through with this.
