Hmm...I think I found some bugs. Clicking on Debug room in Advanced causes the program to freeze up on you. Having you to Ctrl Alt Delete. At least...in area 0 in room 8.

These are some graphical bugs. The platforms where elevators rest on look a bit skewed. I believe they are using the main level pallete. Don't count me on that. Though some just look screwed up. Almost all of Chozodia is untouchable. I assume that area isn't finished yet. There are several different objects that are just there in the editor but not in the game. There is a smaller problem in Area 3 room 3 The top part where the Imago larva falls in. Like Chozodia. Also Area 3 Room 3 causes the program to crash. Also, saving doesn't work. I assume you cancelled saving in the public verisons yes?

I'm really looking forward to this. Are you going to add an enemy editor in this too? And be able to edit the enemys colors and all that? Speaking of which, what have you gotten done so far?

Something tells me that I know you. Also, why exactly did you ask a question in approval request forum.....without even mentioning what you were hacking at first?

For all we know, you could have been working something entirely different that is what is in your signature.

Looks good. Keep it up as it isn't possible to alter the structure of the levels in SM64 hacking at the moment right?......I hope.

Tough....Would be easier if I had the Space Jump but I'm pretty sure that's a 10 missile pack, just like that one near the Brinstar which looks like Maridia entrance. I'm also having trouble with the Wave Beam. Pretty sure that it in East Norfair or West Norfair. Just guide me on which side it is on.

Well at the time I wrote the message, I didn't realize that you can hold down to lower the beam....as when grappled onto a block. Otherwise, the statues will block you.

Well, I did find the Wave Beam....I would have never found it if I hadn't noticed ground above the ceiling just next to the room where the elevator is.....and if I didn't have that X-ray scope too. I also got those Super Missiles next to the first elevator to Brinstar stuck in the Dynamo. THAT was hard shinesparking. At least getting the Spazer was easier....and much more powerful than it was in Super....and required no charging of the Shinespark. Are 93 missiles, 12 super missiles and 12 power bombs good? I've also noticed that I'm very good at Ibj as that missile tank above the first grapple pit on the way to the Grapple beam. That was also hard jumping. Anything I should look out for? I have a feeling Phantoon is near...

EDIT: Got the High Jump....I would have never suspect to head back to an item room that I already visited. I guess I'm ready to get the Gravity suit huh?

You could say that again. Well, Crateria revisted was actually very enjoyable. The ninja pirates seemed to be weaker verisons of the Norfair Ninja pirates right? They transformed quicker and didn't hide behind each other, plus their attacks were weaker. The only thing that was unexpected was......yeah, but he had to be put somewhere. Now to find the entrance to Maridia....and get some more expansions of course. First time I tried to get the Gravity suit, I missed the underwater part....and High Jump boots. And for those are STILL stuck in the Lost Caverns, here is a hint.

The answer lies with in the stones at the edges.

I need to grab the power bombs, but even using the instructions that have been given here in the topic, I'm still quite lost. Can anyone give me specific directions on where to go? I have the varia suit and in Norfair.

Go as far east as you an go. You should be "stopped" by a gate. When your at a dead end in this hack, there's usually a goodie nearby.

Bah, I always get my Easts and Wests mixed up. But he already did go far east as he can go at that point. The Ice Beam room or Grapple hall. Well, I got the Space Jump from Botwoon, who was actually hard due to the platforms in the room. Much more easier to use than it was in the original. I also got the Screw Attack in an unexpected to place where I expected to see a missile expansion. The Plasma beam is in Lower Norfair right? I think I could get it at this point as those purple pirates in Maridia are a bit tough. (Can only be damaged by Plasma. Recolored verisons of the pink pirates in the original.)

Good luck.

You mean because when using the Screw Attack, you start speeding? Well, I beat Ridley....because I wanted to get the Plasma before completing Mardia so I therefore also beated Draygon who is very easy to beat because there is a small a glitch where you can beat the battle without being touched by Draygon....At least with Plasma.

No, no. Not the ones you first see in Crateria underwater. Not the Kung Fu ones. I'm talking about the ones that look like them but shoot beams. Can only be damaged by Screw Attack or Plasma beam. Well, I'm finally in Tourian. Some of the guardians were pretty hard to find. Some in Crateria and Maridia. I'm having quite a bit of trouble actually....any tips?

Hmm....I have another question. Do you think that it would be possible to add more rooms and to expand them? How about adding events to each room like for example. Defeat Kraid and the door to Norfair will open. Or, go into a certain room and some other gray doors will open. I don't think those two may be possible at the moment but I guess they can be considered. If all those were implemented, plus room for more enemys. I'd be all set. Did you find anything about Crocomire while making the editor? If it could be possible to put him in.....

Don't to bargung? Is it even possible to get out of a Metroids grasp? Well I beat the game. 69.5% items collected. Motherbrain was still a bit easy but I don't think that can be changed. Even with only the Power suit. Also, those Metroids near the end of Tourian's escape sequence were evil. Nothing can damage them or freeze them, and the fact that you only had the Power suit. 25 minutes was a very long countdown. Yeah, I also saved the animals and they were just where I thought they were too. Right next to the Torizos room.

My rating for this? A 10, easily. The only things I don't like are that for Norfair, you MUST know every little secret in the area to get anywhere. If it were like Maridia and southeastern crateria than Norfair could have been a little more enjoyable. Also, how exactly did you expand each room? I know you didn't add any right? Just expand them.

It is near the four gate room. You must open those gates. Hint, a couple rooms northeast from Botwoon is a normal straight room with some big platforms. Roll under them. Do it from there. If you need it that badly, I'll PM you a map.

please help me

The Gravity suit is in Southeast Crateria. So yes, you'll be traveling underwater. Make sure you have the High Jump. If you see a gate that has no switch then ignore as you won't be able to open it until you get the Hyper Beam which is.... It would also help alot to have the Spazer, X-ray visor and Wave Beam. The Spazer especially.

Think about it. This hack is much larger than Super. So rooms had to be sacrificed. Wrecked Ship was sacrificed for more room in Brinstar, Crateria, and Tourian. The escape sequence I believe. The other rooms were simply increased in size.

Better yet, kill all the Metroids that were in the room when you got in. You don't have to kill the respawning ones but advance quickly as possible because the Metroids respawn pretty quickly and move quickly.
