| -Eating so much at once will make your metabolism work harder.
--Reduce your meals (assuming you eat 3 big meals every day) into several small meals. Eat about every 2-3 hours. -Avoid smoking, again it can boost your metabolism. -Avoid spicy foods, sodas, chips and all the nasty junkfoods. -Eat as many poultry and dairy products as you can. -When exercising, keep in mind your body needs time to recover. Do 15 reps, take a 1-2 minute break, do 15 more reps. I'd start with a goal of 60 total reps of at least 3 different exercises. That's only 180 reps and it won't take very long to do them. DON'T overwork your body. You'll tire yourself, hurt your body and gain nothing. -Increase your weight training every 3 weeks. -Create a 6-week plan for yourself and check at the end of 6 weeks. Make sure you do a solid 42 days of work or you'll lose progress. -Drink plenty of water!!! The nutrients cannot go from place to place without it. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. -Get plenty of rest, 8 hours minimum. -If you eat right before you go to sleep, you'll gain weight easier. Hope that helps! Help NEVER starts with the letter "I". |

| Looks like red sand. Very basic for photoshop.
If you want to achieve anything remotely close to blood, try using wet edges on the brush settings and set the mode to multiply. It needs: -liquid appearence -brush setting: wet edges, size jitter, mode:multiply -some smudges When I look for photoshop work, I look for things as good as sigoftheweek.com. |

I wish everything else was really smooth but then again, your ability to shade in a limited spectrum is commendable. Maybe it's time you start exploring different techniques? | |||

| +New desktop computer
+3 1/2 floppy drive works -Laptop has a file corrupted --requires a Windows 2000 recovery disk -Internet modem not recognized -USB not recognized in the Desktop --Need to update NIC card --Requesting help/ideas. I contacted my ISP and they said they couldn't recognize the driver I was using (which is Western Digital). Since I cannot very well download anything larger than 1.4 megs I am stuck and confused. I have my hardware set up but my ISP cannot see my computer when they try to fix my connection. They said I needed to get my NIC card updated...  |

| I have a new laptop under way after fixing my old one... the disk drive software is all fucked up but it's an old POS anyway (more than 3 years old) hence my long absense. I DID manage to fix everything else with a 3 1/2 boot disk.
We can enlist more people to play in our little group. When things come together, we can schedule a date and time to chat via AIM, ICQ etc... |

Most girls (especially the ones who talk to alot of guys) don't like lovey-duvey dudes. Instead of testing her gag-reflexes with the secret admirer crap, you have to be yourself and let the chemistry work itself in. If she doesn't like you or neither of you feel uncomfortable talking to eachother in person, forget the relationship, it isn't worth it. You have to be true to her and yourself; forget the worst things that could happen. If you let your emotions grab you by the balls you're in for a serious heartache when shit rolls downhill. If you're still single, look for back-up girls. It isn't cheating since you haven't actually engaged in anything yet and if you play your cards right, you'll at LEAST earn yourself some new friends. I guarantee that if you tease them playfully, they'll warm up to you... any guys who think otherwise most likely haven't been in a relationship in their pathetic uneventful lives.
