It was somewhat interesting at first but after a second glance, I cannot say that the little hidden gimmicks really payed off nor did the hack deliver anything near what you had originally promised. The glitched graphics and awful palletes are one thing but conspicuous use of block tool and MWR really defeated the purpose of the hack itself which I'd assume was an innovative asm hack. Although I am disappointed, I'm somewhat impressed that you went far enough to change the programming slightly without ever asking for help like a typical newbie. If you can improve the graphics and level design, that would be excellent. Please work on this some more!  |

Googie (Friend since the days of Tek) Orochimaru (Another Tek friend and a member of my old forum) Hypergannon (I'm collaborating gamemaking ideas with him) Black Lord (I gave him some advice about relationships and look at him now! He's fun to talk to on AIM) Peter_ac (I don't really talk to him but he's a great guy overall and manages to use ripped graphics in a neat and organized fashon) legoman (Onos! I cannot bash the guy like everyone else does because he taught me how to speak some basic Finnish!) Alastor the Stylish (Generally right about 95% of everything he posts. I learned to respect him after reading some really good points he made) Danielle (I like poking jokes at her every now and then) Setz (Never really knew the guy before but his sprites are kickin') cpubasic13 (An old friend from Tek, because of his smw hacks, I see him as a builder) Vyper (Sometimes I think he gets a little too audacious with negative comments towards others but he's still a good kid and I can accept friendship with him) Trapster (Another person I like to pick on. He manages to stay cool most of the time and usually stays out of the way when the flames get hot.) Tarale (The nicest person here, better than me at drawing anime) IceMan (I enjoyed helping him make some graphics and show allegiance toward him) Anya (Knows alot about gaming and I can most definately respect that!) Randy (Known him since the days of Tek, shared some crazy stories about burning chairs and whatnot. A great guy to get to know) Xkeeper (I get alot of laughs from his antics on the board, screwing things up. Very intelligent and well-respected) JinDogan (Hates knuck = Welcomed as an ally on the board) YoshiDude (One smart cookie.) |

| Really, if you have the solution to implement something like this, by all means use it. So basically sprite editing would be more visual, you can edit the sprite graphic bytes like 16x16 editors. Maybe this could work if you could expand all the lines of codes to somehow to create more unused sprites in the rom and assign new numbers like in Blocktool? |

| Almost reminds me of Legion from Castlevania. The way the pixels were arranged almost makes a distinctive pattern emerge from the skull. I don't know whether or not this was intentional but it's all looking pretty neat! | |||

Wanna make fractals and other fancy images? This thing generates random fractal images using a series of scripts and mathematical formulas. You can make som sexy abstracts like this:
Pixel fetishers will love this because the rendering doesn't involve any anti-aliasing or blurring. The full-blown image that I had was too big for my host... dammit :/ Here's something I whipped up... I made a few brushes with photoshop and only modified the blurring and duotones.

| I'm not much of a cake person, though I enjoy throwing it at people.
Ice cream is okay but I prefer Gelato. Candy... I love making cherry reese's pieces. Open up a huge bag of Twizzler's Pull'n'Peel, stick a bag of reese's in it and let it stay in the fridge for a few hours. They taste badass. Fruit? Fresh pineapple over canned. Large naval oranges are pretty good. |
