As for the drawing, you do a very good job at varying the line thicknesses. If that is a low resolution picture I'd be really amazed at your high resolution pictures. All in all, it's top-notch quality work. It would be interesting to see you make environments for your characters and putting in some special effects such as refractions and sunlight. | The overall shapes are fair but the foregrounds could use some texture. Because of this, they seem rather bland.
You're on a roll though. Just roughen some of the foregrounds a bit. Look at the different textures in SMAS or something and you'll be sure to get an idea then. The simplest texture one can accomplish is the sand/dirt. Just put in some pixels of a slightly darker shade in your tiles. Change the shape of the pixels, mix and match and you should have a nice texture. I hope my advice could be of aid to you and good luck! |

I agree that your hacks are being overused by newbs so, we'll let them struggle for awhile, if not forever. They should learn that stuff on their own, otherwise they won't grasp hacking as well. I never needed to unlock hacks when I was new at it. I just played with them. |

| You just have sensitive teeth. The enamel must have worn off somehow. The roots of your teeth consist of nerves and when the enamel wears off, you start to feel a slight pain in your teeth.
Maybe you should see a dentist about check-ups. It could be periodontis or a tooth inflammation. |

Just be thankful it wasn't deleted like the others. I would'nt push the patience of the admins because in spite of the endless questions tossed into the forum, I still gain insight from it all. Although Joe is correct on some points, his entire idea remains flawed. I say we stop worrying about newbs altogether. Life's too short for such menial matters as it is. If the forums stay, shut up and count your blessings / gripe in private. If not, oh well, find something else to do. |
