| Okay, I'll try to list the issues I've been having. I'm sure everyone else has it too but here goes...
1.) Traffic -'Tis the season to be a jolly moron and disregard a person's right-of-way. Women around here don't know how to f*cking drive. Hell, I bet you they need a ladder to get into their Hippocraft 50000X.S-IV. Countless times I almost got crushed by these acinine pieces of crap. 2.) Personal Space -I look down an aisle for some simple groceries with plenty (over 20 ft) of space behind me and as if everybody just loves to get warm and cozy with my ass, they annoyingly brush up against me time and time again. I try to walk around and kids are playing hide-and-seek around my legs. I have to stop and wait for them to get far enough so as to not accidently pulverize the little buggers. 3.) Bullshitters -I had only minutes to get my English project in for a final grade. I don't know my grades because my professor is too busy taking his 27th lunch break but as far as I am able to tell, I'm in deep shit. I run all the way to the arts building because the lab doesn't open until class starts, the library people are too dumb to install microsoft word (they think it has spyware in it, what bullshit), and I have enough tardies from the damned traffic. I tell the guy in charge of the arts printers, "Sir, I have a project due for my next class and I was wondering if I could use a printer very quickly. I don't require color, just one printed sheet.". He said, "If it's not art, you cannot print." I told him, "Sir, it's due in a few minutes, I cannot access any other printer in the school on time." and he says, "Well that's you're misfortune.". So I took yet another tardy just to print my f*cking paper, I go back and turn my assignment in. My friend said, "I don't think any of us are going to pass. Mr. Klug is being a real dick..." Mr. Klug gave me his usual grin, looked at the paper for a quick second and his skinny face cringed and said, "YOU CALL THIS AN OUTLINE!?"... "I don't know why you try... you're just wasting your time. If I were you I'd drop." I tried to keep myself from flipping out and said, "I'm sorry if this was any trouble." and he smiled again and said, "Oh no, it wasn't any trouble for me. You have 27 minutes left, what are you going to do?". I've been REALLY pissed off recently and I hope to hell I don't end up in academic probation just because he wants to be an ass... |

Currently listening to track 5 on my Heavy Metal CD. People may not know Cheap Trick very well but they sang the "That 70's Show" Theme and the Drew Carrey Show's "Cleveland Rocks" song. The song I'm listening to talks about getting yourself out of trouble by taking what you need. It basically says you need every opportunity if you want to do what you want. |
