Who cares? This incarnation of LT sucks...

The best lost thread was the Uma Thurman forum / thread on the last version of the board. (Forum 69)

I play plenty of fighting games. I've just never played Fatal Fury games.

Lolz... that made me laugh a bit too. The dichotomy of "can you do it?" and "it would play perfectly!"

Why couldn't you just use alcohol? It evaporates extremely quickly.

Anyways it's CF's birthday so hopefully he got something to make up for this tragedy.

Do I look for them? Not usually. But Lucky Charms is a force to be reckoned with.

Lesser cereals with marshmallows are usually foul, b/c they haven't been doing the marshmallow thing as long as the LC.

Name one. Who wants to count that high anyways...

I'm more concerned that the author of this thread capitalized the 'k'.

*speechless* You're missing out. Reese's Puffs is truly a fine cereal. On par if not better than Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Now, Oreo O's is an adaptation that would have been better left as an idea.

I have a very vivid early memory of a night I spent in Chicago. I must have been 2 or something... we were visiting my Aunt's family in their house in downtown Chicago. My parents are always surprised beyond belief that I actually remember that. Besides that I have a pretty fuzzy recollection of went on after that up until I started living in Illinois at age 4 and started actually being aware of things I was doing and what was going on. You know, of watching TV and playing with waterguns, chasing frogs in the woods.

Well... my first DS is just fine - but someone from work gave me an older DS with a cracked top LCD screen. About 80% of the screen is viewable but the rest of the pixels are dead and you can see three very dramatic cracks in it. That is the region where the dead pixels are of course.

Do they sell replacements for those? All I get out of google is 'screen protectors' that say they are replacement screens and won't go into any more detail. I think it's just the outer plastic layer that protects the internal LCD... yet this LCD seems to be damaged itself. Gonna have to make some phone calls to these internet places selling "replacements". Would a GBA SP replacement screen work you think?

I'm not even sure how to get into that part of the case to access the screen . I don't see any screws or openings. Should I pry it open?

I talk to the Quest for Calatia programmer fairly regularly. He seems to be doing all right.

So I looked at the screen after the back light had turned off... and I could see the pixels just fine. Perhaps it is just the screen protector that is cracked after all and it's just the protector applying pressure to the LCD. In that case it would be like a $10 fix as I understand it.

Looks a lot like DoS. I might buy it.... I wonder if they'll continue the Soma storyline any time soon. What did they do in the middle of the video? A time warp to the past?

In moving it from the S-CPU to the SPC there is no decompression. There might be some bit shifting and expansion on the SPC side, I could check on that. But I would hardly call that compression.

I thought the C4 was mainly used for drawing vectors / line graphics. How does that fit in with this?
