| If there is a word to describe the polar opposite of congratulation, then I would apply that to you. Especially if it involves suffering and pain.
edit: alas: http://www.synonym.com/antonym/congratulate (edited by MathOnNapkins on 05-11-06 05:00 AM) |

Do what I did when I was younger and go to the local library. Run a search on books for C programming. Or C++ programming. Use words like introduction, beginner, primer, etc. You're almost guaranteed to find something if the library is of a decent size. Barring that, buy a book on it. Barnes and Noble and Borders will also definitely have books on it. |

Considering that's a 32 digit hexadecimal number, it could be a MD5 checksum (hash). Maybe it's a hash of your username. |

I dunno, maybe Xk disabled it. Or maybe it only works once per user. |

Not to sound obvious, but couldn't things like colors that match a scheme be taken care of with outlined text? Not sure if that's easily executed on the acmlmboard. Considering that any given scheme can have pretty much any color as a background. |

If it made you quit crying, I would gladly give you my custom title. And btw, I don't spam and I earned mine on the second board, it took about 9-12 months I believe. (3-4 posts per day). |

I've seen other acmlmboards with gradient names and other silly modifications. It can't be that hard. It's just the main acmlmboard is usually less eccentric about hacky add-ons than those boards. |

I honestly already thought such things had already been produced by the likes of Mnrogar and Master ZED et al. All those hackers trying to keep the game from being "broken" as they put it. It's kind of maddening that no one is actually working on an actual remake anymore. I've heard some proposed ideas in the past, most of which sucked. FF6 probably isn't well suited to a sequel. A prequel, however, about the war of the magi, or some other story element like Locke's past, might be cool. |

lol, while Ultima was an awesome dude, I'd hardly call his editor anywhere as usable as SMILE in it's current state. And though it's open source, it's also written in Delphi. Have fun with that. |

I honestly hate most of the Wu Tang clan's music. My brother listens to them all the time. But they've got some pretty good shit here and there.

Um... one day old? If that was the case, how did they manage to rape it in such short notice. This sounds fishy to me, and sounds like something a hospital worker might have done, given the short amount of time. Besides, why would the parents do that when they knew the baby would be being inspected by hospital workers. It all doesn't make sense. Either that or the guy is just really stupid. I doubt the woman had much of a role given she gave birth a day previous. |

If they are password protected zips are they self extracting? If they are self extracting, then perhaps you could crack them, as they would be standalone programs. It's either that or crack whatever zipping program notices the password protection. |

Oh I'm sure there's an element of truth to what has been reported, but it seems like they're going after the dad by default. So like what happened, they took the baby away to the hotel, it got raped, and the parents brought it back for inspection? They also said the baby must be inspected before leaving the hospital, when would the dad have had time to do this? It doesn't add up. What I'm saying is that the investigation sounds fishy, not the source of the news. |

So um... I visited the site away from my usual computer, and low and behold no forum would display at all. It was because I was logged out. Problem disappeared when I logged in. So I get home and log out and the same problem occurs. It says there's a mysql error (as there usually is when board problems occur.) What did [censored], um I mean blackhole89 break this time? |
