If you're not in upper management, the pay is terrible, so thankfully I don't have to deal with that. Its a lot of fun, and there's a lot of work that normal people wouldn't think when you mention that you work in a gaming store. Its a number business and everything is tracked and watched. We have to make sure that every game that we have in stock, is on the floor for customers to see. We have to scan certain sections daily to make sure it is done. And wer have to be under a certain number or we get bitched at. Also, you have to make sure that all the major sections are in ABC order, shipments are done and logged daily and a few other things here and there. We also get to check out games for a certain amount of time (depending on the manager and if the inventory is good).

Well, once we finally merge together (GS & EB) you might be able to do check-outs again. I heard that it's suppose to be all said and done in March (hopefully, our computer system is very out-dated).
