Um... no... those are enemies impersonating Bowser. Kill him with the fire flower to prove this.

What we have here is a failure to read the thread.

Colin already said that.

No. Oh, sorry, reflex.

Heh, actually, I think I remember you... weren't you somewhat active at Tek ages ago? Anyway, you seem smart enough, whether I remember you or not, and reading over your posts you seem to usually contribute on the rare occasion that you post.

I'd say yes.

Democrats in one house and little to no change.

However, the "little to no change" thing is just my general opinion of "they're all bastards anyway", so that's a little irrelevant. As for the other part, I figure you pretty much nailed it.

I'm not saying that there's no difference, I'm just saying that I'm starting to see every election as nothing more than picking the lesser of two evils.

Posted on 10-26-06 09:39 AM, in Cut back on the use of mobile telephones Link

They found that men who were the heaviest users of mobile phones - more than four hours a day - had the lowest sperm counts at 50 million per millilitre (ml) and the least healthy sperm.

Here's my question.

Who the fuck uses a cell phone more than 4 hours every day? If answering phones is your job, then you won't be answering mobile phones, far as I know... and no one else is going to have that much time to blow every single day, except maybe teenagers in the summer. =/

Anyway, I'm not particularly bothered by this, since I'm not a fan of phones at all. I'll use one when I absolutely have to, but I try to avoid it.

Other than that time that Marvel sued NCSoft. Still, as said in the article, a Wolverine costume is far more distinctive than a grey-haired man in a suit. Plus, NCSoft didn't actually lose that case, they just settled out of court IIRC, so I don't think that'd help Jack any.

I am from a town called Emerson, New Jersey. By a rough estimate, 75% of the people from my town are religious. My brothers are also from Emerson, New Jersey. Of the three of us (my brothers and I), I am religious, and they are not. That is, 66% of the children in my family are non-religious, while 33% are. And we all come from the same place. The numbers are a near-inverse of what they "should" be. That's not "99.5% accuracy."

Uh, so in other words one example can disprove 99.5%?

Because, see, last time I checked, a single example could only disprove 100%.

Another Willett parent, Celeste D'Elia, said her son feels safer because of the rule. "I've witnessed enough near collisions," she said.
I wouldn't take a parent's word on how their kid feels, since kids often say what their parents want to hear for whatever reason, and she said she witnessed enough "near collisions"?

God damn, people. I was the class nerd for many years and I didn't even bitch about dodgeball - I just made sure to get damn good at it. Well, the dodging, never got the throwing down particularly well. My mother never complained, and my stepfather would've probably yelled at me if I complained.

Sorry, slightly offtopic complaining.

That link is identical to the one you posted in General Chat.

That and the all caps title with an obnoxious amount of punctuation tells me that you're more than likely a spammer.

I don't like that.

If it's to pay for something that is also available through other means, I'm fine with it. That doesn't give those who pay an advantage, other than one of saving time, and it doesn't screw anyone else out of anything. Some people simply don't have the time to put into a game, so it lets them potentially see parts of the game they never would have, and we can still earn everything the hard way if we so choose.

But anything beyond that bothers me.

I think that discounting the opinion of someone solely because they can't ever directly experience something is quite ridiculous. That'd be like saying Ziff can't criticize Bush just because he's Canadian and (IIRC) can never be president.

Edit: Sorry for the generic comparison, but I really don't see much reason for debate here... if one comes up, maybe I'll go into greater detail.
