Of Mice and Men (ninth grade assignment), Harry Potter (spare time, mostly on sick days), Bridge to Terabithia (sixth grade assignment), The Giver (sixth grade assignment), To Kill a Mockingbird (ninth grade assignment), Lord of the Flies (tenth grade assignment).

That's all, and most of them (as you can see) were for school.

I'd try to reply to the first post, but it's making about as much sense as the tutorials in Final Fantasy Tactics (which suck, btw) right now. Your sentences are too long, your paragraphcs aren't focused enough, and your complaints seem to be all over the place. Honestly, I'd suggest completely rewriting that - you may have some good ideas there, but if we can't figure out what you're saying we'll never know.

FIrst, this actually goes in Online Gaming, because last I checked only online games are pay-to-play.

Second, I entirely disagree; I won't pay for an online game myself, but I understand why some games ARE pay-to-play. There's a lot of expenses they have to cover.

No, but it has a seperate (much smaller) high score list.


Also, I tried an old tetris trick where you would move a piece you want a lot of around, as if you're unsure where to put it. This tricks the game into thinking you're not good with that piece. I think it works somewhat, but not always, or well.

Anyone else heard of that trick?


Sounds like Generic Game Rumor #2964 to me. Then again, so did the one real Mew trick in Red and Blue...

It seems the rant about nonconstructive comments hasn't left the romhacking forums yet.



The proportions of everything seem completely off, your perspective is terrible, the computer monitor doesn't even look like a computer monitor, I don't know what that squiggly thing on the desk next to the keyboard is supposed to be, your pacman isn't even close to being a circle, Santa Shy's mask isn't aligned properly, what the hell is pulling the sled, and the Grafiti Shy's hood thing seems to be shaped incorrectly.

Take a lot of time to draw things. In five minutes, it's rare to get even passable results, but if you give it more time, you'll do a lot better. And really, I think that the time is the entire problem.

The logic of every person there that's taken Capcom's side horribly, horribly fails. =/ I could directly pick them apart if you so desire, but that'd make this post far longer than I'd like, so lemme summarize my stance.

It's a save file. It's not the full game. Capcom doesn't lose money from it, and the save file's existence does not affect how other people play the game if they chose not to use it.

Lemme elaborate on the "not losing money" part - I don't know if the download-only features were supposed to require that you pay money. If they were, then it's their own fucking fault for including the content on the disk. And if not, then they're not losing anything.

So why bitch about it?

No. Save files have been publicly distributed for a long time on GameFAQs (and, I assume, other places), and nothing's been done that I know of.

The reason Capcom's so pissed is that data was hidden and not supposed to be available yet.

You'd think they'd learn from Rockstar's mistake. He who does not learn from history...
