Let's be honest, though, it's hard to make a Jolteon attractive in any way. =/

It's not a bad effort, but a few things just seem... I dunno, off. Something in the coloring, I think, but I can't pinpoint the problem. But as I said in AIM, I'm not good at critiquing drawings, computer or pen-and-paper.

At work, yes, I'd rather not get fired. Elsewhere in public, I avoid using the bathroom (hate hate HATE public restrooms, but when I'm in one place for six hours, it's not like I've got a choice). At home, no, I don't feel like getting everything out of the sink, like the hair dryer, assorted combs, hairbrushes, razors, random scraps of paper... honestly, my mother's so worried about keeping the rest of the house clean, but the sink is just storage to her. =/

Say what now? I just rented the game and all six games are available -- there's no "unlocking" involved.
.

And this is why people call you an idiot, SamuraiX. There's a seventh game hidden, an originally-unreleased (in the US) kart racer-type of game. To earn it, last I checked, the three SNES MMX games had to be beaten.

theclaw: I dunno about Xbox, but on the Gamecube version it was just a matter of beating 4/all robot masters and/or defeating Wily in each game.

I'm not particularly happy with their decision to use the PS1 version of MMX3... I've played that in the collection and the SNES version, and though the only differences are sound, music, and cutscenes, they're very noticeable, and I much prefer the SNES version in all regards.

That aside, this collection does a superb job of reminding me just how much I suck at these games. =/ Still pretty enjoyable, though. Well... most of the collection...

Yo, guy with too many X's in his name. Remember to actually quote the correct person in the future, it was Arwon that told you to move to a small African country, not Rom Maniac. =/

I find this whole argument to be petty and ridiculous, to be quite honest... time to argue against various points in the second part of the original post...

"You have the United Negro College Fund."
Majority vs. Minority; non-specific funds will benefit the majority more than the minority due to simple math, not to mention the fact that some minority families very likely still fear discrimination, so the minority sets up a specific fund to help themselves out.

"You have Martin Luther King Day."
And we have Presidents' Day. Name one black president. Believe it or not, this is quite relevant; Martin Luther King Day is celebrated not because he was black, but because of what he did for the country. This would be quite similar to the purpose behind Presidents' Day, wouldn't it? Celebrating what specific people have done for the USA?

"You have Black History Month."
Not to sound demeaning, but does anyone even care about these 'months' at any time when it isn't usable in an argument or something that for whatever reason they have personal ties to - example: a relative or friend that died of or currently has breast cancer might make someone care more about Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but how many people other than that? I've never once seen anyone refer to such a month in casual discussion unless it helped back their opinion...

"You have Cesar Chavez Day.
You have Yom Hashoah
You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi"
Who, what, and huh? Admittedly, my lack of knowledge of Cesar Chavez could be an unusual rarity, since I know I've heard the name before (other than on a Simpsons episode) so for all I know he might be pretty well-known, but the other two? No idea.

"You have the NAACP."
Basically, see my comments on the United Negro College Fund. They apply here rather well.

"You have BET."
BET is a television station, a business. There is money in making a television station that specifically caters to a minority, since the other stations are more likely to be of more interest to the majority (or seen as such). They go for the money, who are you to complain about what businessmen legally and, as far as I know, ethically do in their pursuit of money, in running a business properly?

So, I suppose that would mean I agree with you on this matter... I just wanted to go into a bit more detail.

I dunno about everyone else, but the last thing I think of when I think "Megaman X" is cutscenes. Far above it are blowing shit up, getting blown up, the music, and Zero always being cooler than Megaman. But at least they kept 1, 2, and 4.

Hey, I remember a trainer with a Butterfree being one of the toughest ones early in the game.
And you've never played the game competitively.
Way to make assumptions based on absolutely no facts whatsoever. I played the crap out of VS mode back in the day, and only lost once out of maybe 100 matches.
It's not an assumption based on nothing if it's an assumption based on the fact that you seem to think that butterfree is in any way good.

...

A difficult opponent early in the game doesn't mean good overall. That'd be like saying the second fight with Miluda in FFT being difficult means she's one of the strongest opponents in the game. And for those who don't know, she's just a generic Knight. Her brother, Wiegraf, who you battle right after that, is much stronger, yet the fight's easier. See my point?

Besides, it was Skreename that used Butterfree, why haven't you said anything to him?

Trapster, Starmie's always been water/psychic. The only one of the original pokemon that got changed was Magnemite/Magneton, to Electric/Steel.

At least, I think...
