What HH said is right. Also is there the problem with so called PAL-Borders, as PAL has a higher vertical resolution (100 more lines).

The resolution of the SNES is the same in both versions.

It depends on the game, per se is all SNES-Software runnable on all SNES and SF Systems.

Some Games have internal checks for speed or whatnot to only run on its targeted system.

If you have a SNES-Copier, most non special chip games should work without any problems. Some have a SRAM-check, others do not run with a mouse attached to the system.

The people at PocketHeaven could help you out better than most here.

Lots of my friends use PassMe and a SuperCard SD. Works for them and for GBA-Games.

MathOnNapkins, please try to get hold of a copy of Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius (the 3rd Parodius game) for SNES, as the chip used by this cart is not supported by SNES9x, and for a tool assisted speed run, It should run in SNES9x (improvment 9).

I certainly want a copy of that game. if someone has it, please let me now, I may buy it.

It's not as today, as games where sometimes even more debugged or additional features or even multi language.

Hm, that gave me an interesting idea. I wonder if any SNES games might have used the mouse for debugging?

Or the Gun? na, not likely.
But would the have some kind of debug-machines?

Kirby was just a filler character and the people at HAL wanted to develop another character. But Kirby was found to be too adorable to replace.

and for the record, japanese cartridges are NOT identical to pal carts.
although the cartridge shape is the same, they have different lockout chips.

you cant play sfc games on pal consoles or vice versa without modifying the unit or using adapters.

As much as I know is that a European System has two plastic things in the slot, wich prevents Japanese carts to be inserted completly, the same as used in the N64 Systems.

Yeah, Seppatoni, a fellow gamer some 100 Kilometers east of me.

He has about the most Famicom Disk System Games in Europe.

But Karadur, you got a good amount of quality titles there.

There are three suits in Super Mario Bros. 3, and as Daisy already wears the Hammer Suite, and Peaches [suit] does not even remotely look like it, and it's too less green and froggy for the frog-suit, so there's only one suit remaining.

Spoiler:
Racoon-Suit

Use the Peach-Bomber (-> + B) and then zoom in. It works better when performing from left to right.
