Hello, I have an HP dv1000 laptop computer, and want to upgrade the graphics. Now before I get bashed, I have heard about PCI interface graphics, and want to know if there are any external graphics solutions for my computer.

The Final Fantasy series overall has kinda fallen off... I mean, look at FF 10: a game based almost entirely off of cutscenes. (really, I'm just ticked that from the time you start using Ultima, to the end of the animation, I can go and make a sandwich).
What happened to the quick, 3-4 second jobber that did 9999? That is a reason that I like VI better than most of the rest.

But, I would take many of the other SNES RPGs over Final Fantasy anyday. Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire (a damn good game series until Dragon Quarter), Robotrek, and Earthbound. Not to mention the two GBA RPGs from the Golden sun universe.

If you cannot get it open, use a dremel zinc-carbide bit (the bluish green one) on a round metal piece or an old screwdriver to give it the three prongs it needs. I did that to fix my Gamecube controller, and the DS has the same screws in it.\
If you do not have a dremel, you can go to local hardware stores and ask for a "Tri-Wing Screwdriver," which is the official name for the screwdriver.

Wii will be pleasing to the next generation of gamers...
and I remember paying $70 for Beetle Adventure Racing and Mario Kart 64 back then.
Finally, the Gamecube was hard to copy because of it's minidisc format, and the fact that it reads game data the reverse of many computer drives... I know because it froze my laptop trying to open a folder on the disc.

Through the use of either ASM or Lunar Magic, is it possible to make the powerups that Mario normally gets work for Yoshi? I ask this because it has always bugged me that when Yoshi would eat the Fire Flower, then Mario would get the power. (NO SENSE GEMAKING)

I know that I'm not on here as often as I want to be, however I still come here for assistance in the Rom Hacking scene. I really haven't contributed any hacks to date, however I am working on one at the moment for Super Mario World. Having the ability to post in the Super Mario World hacking forums would save me the trouble of waiting for someone else to ask my question, as well as speed up development on future hacks.
I have also just entered the Pokemon hacking scene, and wish to be able to post progress and questions. Pokemon has a little more complicated set of events, some of which must be executed in a specific order. I know that I am going to have a few things that I need help with, so I would like to be able to post here.
I thank you for your time and patience, and await your response.

I know that each ROM has their own SPC data to it, so I was wondering if there was a way I could replace the SPC data in the SMW ROM with SPC data from another game?
It seems plausable that it could be done...
