The size difference between each sprite can be big... It might be a good idea to do something about that, like putting a 64x64 border or background around all of them... (If 64x64 is the max size a rank sprite can be)
Something that'd "standardize" each rank, make them more homogeneous, and add a layout to make them fit more nicely in the tables...
That's just a random idea though.

More suggestions (not related to 1.B):

-As already suggested, make it so the "Mark forums read" links brings you back to the root URL, so you can refresh the page without having anything new marked as read.

-Make it so you see page *titles* in the Online users page, instead of raw links

-Take out the header and sig fields from the posts table, just keep the ones in profiles... That'd mean we'd only keep "Disabled" and "Auto-updating". This would decrease the database size a lot.

-Make it so regular users can only delete their own posts if they've got the last reply

Also, I suggest making it so all threads are marked as read by default, when you just made an account... I can't keep track of the amount of (stupid) people who've been digging 3 year old topics, then saying they didn't think it was old because it was written it was "new" next to it... _¬

It's easy... The docs coming with the program detail everything step by step, so you shouldn't have too much trouble...
If you still can't figure it out, then come back and let us know.

With Windows, I made a shortcut to the DOS command thing, making it start where the program is... Then I right clicked on the icon, and added " -s -t" to the end of the path, that makes it so the program will only generate color palettes, and skip the rest. I don't know if you can do that with a Mac...

I meant the doc files that come along with pcx2sopt... Not with your DOS emu, I don't know about that.
If your pcx2sopt doesn't come with docs, then I'll give that to you.
