I finished it! First off, Drewseph, you are both my god and greatest foe. This was the most fun I've ever had, and I do love Metroid. Some of the recockulous speed boost puzzles, like the energy tank in Maridia where you need to mid-air horizontal launch into a small area so as to save the charge, seriously. I love you Drewseph and Kejardon, this has made my summer. Dare I ask you to make another? Hahaha, just joking, but really, you should be getting paid for this. I used this board once to find a guardian in Maridia (Sector 2, man I feel retarded) and to learn of the crouch jump to get out of eastern Norfair as I had not the Charge beam. (Or the wave beam, for that matter. I got it after the plasma and beam combo) It was a lot of sweetness.

First run through
Clear time: 25:13 (With save states maybe 40?)
Item Completion: 89.1%

Again, I commend you, Drewseph, and shall curse you daily.

As for that energy tank, its the one in the far left of Maridia, at the top of a short shaft you need to shinespark up through the blocks and then some space jumping to arrive at an Energy Tank in the hands of what you pray is a Guardian, and it isnt. Drew, are you telling me you dont need to go to the top of the big sandy room just to the east and keep the spark from there?
