I honestly haven't enjoyed any of the Sonic games since the Genesis era. I thought the first Adventure was decent, but after that it just went completely down hill if you ask me.

And now they keep on introducing stupid characters like Shadow, and give them their own games. Sonic with guns, awesome ...

Yeah my thoughts exactly! True Classics. I havent heard the japanese soundtracks of Sonic CD though, and a lot people say thats better than the US soundtrack.

Getting all the emeralds so i could play as Super Sonic THROUGHOUT the game was what gave me the incentive to look for secrets in those games. I've played the ones since, and it was kind of disappointing how they dumped that concept (although Sonic Cd is an exception in my book as getting all the time stones was important for the actual gameplay rather than just at the end alone which still counts for something).

My advice is don't worry about "friends" on a larger scale. Its helps to be on "good terms" with people and have lots of acquantences though but its more important to build up some close friends too. The raw number of friends you have in general shouldnt really matter. Remember: quality not quantity

Personally i preferred Budokai 3 as well, although tenkaichi was fun and had a HUGE amount of characters, i think it was kind of lacking something. Budokai 3 kept me interested for longer, while Tenkaichi seemed more repetitive and didnt seem QUITE seem as fun as no. 3 did.

I bought both though, and i'll be buying Tenkaichi 2 when it comes out...

yeah budokai 3 involves in-game transformations and in-game fusions, whilst in Tenkaichi transformed characters are treated as seperate characters including their fusions

So in other words Gotenks and his transformations are each seperate playable characters in Tenkaichi, whilst in Budokai 3 you had to equip "fusion" to either gotenks/trunks and perform it mid-battle.

You can transform into the highest possible level level straight away (i.e. if u have 6 energy bars out of 7 charged u'd transform into SSj3, but if u had 5 u'd transform into SSj 2 instead). So basically it all depends on how much energy.

Nope, the "what if" fusions were in Budokai 2 only (Gokule, and Tiencha i think) and the "what if" Buu absorption's.

yeah i bought Super DBZ yesterday. Its fun, but i still think the budokai games are better, but unlike budokai it actually plays like most "classic" fighting games.

I've lurked around since the days of the old board, have fiddled around with SMW Hacking for quite a while now: have become quite adept and know all the basics (and finally know how to use a hex editor, contributing some misc. ROM Addresses for certain Sprite Tilemaps in the SMW Central list).

I havent really posted in the SMW Hacking forum before as i have a habit of doing things on my own rather than asking for help with simple problems (and learnt what i have by myself or by reading previous posts/queries or readme's), however i'd like to the opportunity to voice my opinions in SMW Hacking and be able to help where i can.

Thanks for your time.

I felt that World 3 was the most annoying (i couldnt stand it!), although Naval Pirhana's Castle was an exception to me. The world i always looked foward to reaching is World 4 (gotta love them koopa troopas!).

I liked Street Fighter II: the Animated Movie (well i felt it was a lot better than Street Figher Alpha: the movie at any rate), it was one of the few Video Game Movies that i REALLY liked, and it had good music

The first Resident Evil movie was well done, but the second one seemed way more tame and to me the story sort of collapsed as it progressed.

Mortal Kombat was ok (well the first one was a lot better than the horrible sequel), though IMO i think it could've been done better still but a good move still. I hope with the next sequel they improve it rather than make it worse like Annihilation.

Doom was a disappointment for me. i think a lot of people were disappointed inc. me that the story was just so off the game and had absolutely nothing to do with it. Though the FPS scene was awesome.

Alien Vs. Predator was also a disappointment for me (i wish they made it more similar to "Aliens", or better yet based it of the AvP2 game

"A Warm Place" by Nine Inch Nails

Its a nice instrumental song from them off of their album: "The Downward Spiral" which is apparently considered to be among the best albums of all time.

I'd have to say either Finger Eleven or KoRn.

My fav song from Finger Eleven would have to Suffocate (esp. when im feeling down) of their second official album "The Greyest Of Blue Skies". My fav KoRn song would be Thoughtless (for when im feeling angry or frustrated).
