Oh lord! help1 today has had the most noobish posts! help! make rom hacking approval only please.

PS will we all need to be approved or is it only noobs?

Edit: this guy named wynaut keeps asking for roms. weve got to stop all this noobness. A lot of noobs want to post to ask if we can give them roms, but if we make the approval system then they wont be able to get in.

That's because Ctrl+M doesn't write to the ROM. It just says use X pallete here in the editor.


OH... i looked in the thread that was abou the secret button and it said it saved to the rom. i waish there was an easier way to edit the pallete... I'll just have to use nespaled.

I did look at some googled dragon warrior pictures on google. That's not it. The first level in this game starts in a dungeon. There's only one character too. And the graphics in this game I remember differently.

I have this old Compaq presario 2100 (AMD) and it used to be a peice of crap. I fixed it up and cleared up must of the problems just by cleaning out the vent fan. The final problem i must solve to finally call it fixed is getting the batteries to charge. I have bought a new battery so its not that the batteries won't charge. The cable isnt broken cause it can run on ac power. Thats all I can narrow it down to. Any guesses as to whats wrong?

No my battery does not have an on/off switch. I think my new battery i just bought might be dead... it hasnt been charged in weeks. I hope it can hold out until I find the source of the problem.

All laptops suck anyway. There components break the day after you buy them. The only reason I want my laptop to live is because it has a better graphics card in it. My laptop has an ati and my desktop has an "intell extreme graphics"
Really, its my gaming computer. I was actually considering selling it and buying an alien ware laptop but i never went through.

Did you read th thread? its not about dragons, your a guy and you start out in a dungeon. I'm thinking the battle style is earthbound-ish too.

Yes, but the point is we would know about the existence of the cart. If it was made public that a man was contacted who owns the cart, and was refusing to dump it. That would give us solid evidence that the prototype exists. I also folowed the earthbound nes struggle. That took a while.
