Nope

Ive been cracking for more than 5 years, and my hands are no puffier than anyone else's.

Anyways, it feels good because your basically loosening up your joints. Especially in the morning when you twist your body from side to side, gets your back realigned after sleeping on it.

I personally do knuckles, knees, back, neck, and shoulders...

ziratha: Power Bounce will allow you to bounce on an enemy up to four turns, with each bounce being half as powerful as the lase.

Emptyeye: Charge allows you to store your attack for one turn, and it does stack in power.
