Returning from the depths of destruction... it's...
The Pit Of 100 Trials: V1 People, theres no way this will not be finished. People come from far off lands to the fabled Pit of 100 trials to discover what lies within. Your party is next, are you up for the challenge? On every floor there will be between 10 and 16 squares, depending on how it has been arranged. You, as a player, shall pick a square, overcome obsticles, and find the pipe leading to the next floor. Gain levels and fight your way to the end to claim the treasure of all treasures, the ... -Right... that spoils the fun. Please note that the rules have been upgraded to the 2.0 standards... therefore, take the time to read them. During each turn, you may... 1. Picking a square 2. Using an item 3. Attacking an enemy 4. Destroying an obsticle. 5. Casting a spell 6. Equipping a badge 7. Triggering an event (Depends) 8. Learning a spell 9. Resting 10. Hide (Avoid all damage and things for that turn. Only command you can do for that turn) 11. Other There are MANY actions you can choose from, and more can and will be added during the course of the game. Talking to eachother is unlimited, feel free to chat. Now, should you pick a square, different things can also happen. 1. You find an item 2. You find coins 3. You find a monster 4. You find health 5. You find a trap 6. You find zip, zilch, zero, nothing! 7. You trigger an event (Good or bad) 8. You lose a turn 9. You find the pipe 10. You might even find a spare AP 11. Many other things can happen. Anything can go... alright ALMOST anything. You will be running into enemies a lot in the pits, with a boss battle being on the floor before an intermediate floor. There are a few key things to understand. 1: Enemies attack you once per turn. They can and will attack anyone on the following turn. If you dont show up, you wont be attacked however. Same if you hide. 2: Enemies are uncovered on any square... ANY, even if its behind a barrier of some kind. 3. They have 5 key stats. HP, Physical Offense, Magical Attack, Physical Defense, and Magic Guard. 4: Enemies can also inflict status effects, such as mute, cripple, poison, paralyze, and others. There are ways to stop these, look for em. 5: Once an enemy is out of HP, it will give you Star Points... maximum number to those that killed it, a complimentary number to those who attacked it, so... attack enemies... they're bad. They will also drop coins/items if you are lucky enough, and in the extreme case, badges. 6: Attacking an enemy is simple... just say what you want to attack, and how (Magical, Physical, Spell, Tech...). Damage will be taken away from the respective defense... so... attack! 7: Dont die... you only have so much HP. If you really need to get out of the way, use the hide command. It will take you out for 1 turn, but in that turn, you can't be attacked, pick a square, or attack. Hide is automatic if you dont show up for your turn BTW, so... dont worry about dying if you miss a go. 8: You have to figure out the stats of the enemies on your own... we arent spoon feeding you here Different combinations of attacks and items allow for different turn usage. -If you use a healing item on your party, then you can attack with techs and spells. -If you use a healing spell or tech on your party, then you can use a normal physical attack -If you use a stat boosting item on your party, then you can use a normal physical attack -If you use a stat boosting spell or tech on your party, then you can use a stat boosting tech or spell on yout party. -If you use an attacking item, then you can use a healing spell/tech -If you use an attacking spell or tech, then you can use a healing item -Claiming a square and healing can go together. -Claiming a square and attacking do not go together. Note: Mega Minor (1) = Healing Item Minor Action (2) = Healing Tech/Spell Middle Action (3) = Stat Boosting Major Action (4) = Attacking normally Mega Major (5) = Tech/Spell attacking Pretty much, you're allowed two actions that add up to, but not always, 6 points in a turn. Numerous obsticles will show up on floors... whether you like them or not! Here are a few, and their descriptions/abbrev. Rock Blocker(RB): Takes one action to take it down, and another to claim the square (In two different turns of course) Twin Barrier(TB): Requires two people to open. You both get what is inside however. Health Statue(HP): Guess a number from 1-X. However far away you are from the actual number is how much HP is taken away. You then claim the item within. Defender Barrier(DB): This statue has a set Defense and HP. Attack it just like you would an enemy, and deplete the HP to claim the prize inside. Item Statue(IS): Leave an item in the statue to claim what is inside. You lose the item you used. Counter Attacker(CA): Probably the most evil obsticle devised. You attack it, but it attacks you back. You take damage to get whatever is inside... hopefully it is worth it. See these popping up and more!

You have after this at your disposal. 10 Ability Points... which can be used in the following way. 1. HP: One for 3 extra HP 2. PhysO: One for one extra Attack power 3. PhysD: One for one extra Defense 4. MagA: One for one extra Magical Power 5. MagG: One for one extra Magical Defense 6. BP: THREE for one extra BP With the pipe and leveling, you will get 5 more ability points. These are stored in your AP section of your stats. Use them your first turn of the next floor to get the stat boost. Otherwise, they sit there until the next pipe is found. You dont have to use them all at once either. Customize your character, the choice is TOTALLY up to you. You can give him a title, a cool nickname, hairstyle. You can be as descriptive as possible, or just use the points. Just make sure its final. Changing is not good, not good at all. Just, have fun with it, its your character

The Pit Of 100 Trials: Delve Duo! Rock on, right? ATW had just finished guiding group one through the pit (Okay, so not really, but hey, these things take time. Consider this AU for now ) and brought the group out to go home with their various spoils. Everything went back to normal for a while, and the pit was sealed off. Over time however, ATW got bored... he decided to On every floor there will be between 10 and 25 squares (YES, MORE AVAILABILITY!), depending on how it has been arranged. You, as a player, shall pick a square, overcome obsticles, and find the pipe leading to the next floor. Gain levels and fight your way to the end to claim the treasure of all treasures, the ... -We interrupt this broadcast for a special news bulletin- "GIANT MONKEY HAS KIDNAPPED PRETTY GIRL IN BROOKLYN, WHILE ONE CONSTRUCTION WORKER ATTEMPTS TO RESCUE HER. " -MORE DETAILS AT 11 The rules have been REVAMPED people... its different, but still just about the same. There are no classes this time through I REPEAT... NO CLASSES!!!! But dont worry, theres something even better... I call it... Class maker... 1.0 How you level up in this game IS... You have 6 stats from the beginning to chose from. This is how you make your base character.
