We wouldn't feel the need to pirate as badly if the companies we're stealing from didn't gouge the shit out of us on prices and policy in the first place. I dunno about the MPAA, but the RIAA can shut the fuck up. It doesn't represent the actual recording artists anyway. A band might make $2 off of each cd. So why do they cost $18?

And what happened to peoples' fair use rights? There is a big push for every piece of media we own requiring liscenses.

Nah. High school is easy. You can sleep through it and make b's. Yes, you should still make it a point to do well in your classes and develop good study/homework habits, but make it a big point to have fun too. You're only a teenager once, you should enjoy it as much as you can. You'll never have that few responsibilities ever again.

Roman candles. Ahh the fun. Last time we bought some my friend Brian made me dance. I guess they could be dangerous in a war if there were too many people or you were close up. But it's not really a big deal shooting them at eachother if you're far enough apart and playinf attention. It's a lot safer than sparkler fights...

But I do have to warn you guys. Don't break a roman candle open and light its spilled contents unless you want less hair on your arms than you started with.

Wow... I haven't planned a bonfire or cookout for this weekend or the Fourth this year That's sad.

The Fourth is always a good opportunity for male bonding facillitated by beer and explosives.

I once had a dream in which I was on the battlefield with a crushing wound to the upper chest. I was dying because I was choking on blood.

I woke up from said nightmare and I couldn't breathe at all... because I was choking on blood. When I finally managed to cough I got blood everywhere. Turns out I'd had a nosebleed for some reason.

In my half asleep state it seriously freaked me out.


But you'd probably know if it were a nosebleed. It is possible you're coughing something up but... are there stains on the sheets?

p.s. you sleep in a shirt? sleeping naked is the way to go

If you practice and get decent and decide you like playing, there's no reason you should get a low end guitar. You'll just get tired of it and want a new one.

I'd say get a lower dollar strat or telecaster. I happen to like mexican standard stratocasters more than american standards. And the mexican strats come in blonde and it looks sexay. ...Or if you like playing lead or having a guitar that frets really fast buy a used ibanez rg570 or something on ebay.

AP classes were a waste of my time and effort.

You tend to miss out on well rounded social skills at private schools and in AP classes. Plus I didn't learn a damned thing in any of them. AP English was a joke.

Anyway, all I was saying is that grades are not the most important thing in high school. Worry about grades in college. High school is for learning social skills and how to interact. It's also about enjoying the last of your childhood.

Jesus, Drew. I thought Norfair was huge BEFORE I came back from Maridia.

Also, I love the palletes and graphics you used for the approach to Ridley. The dark reds and chrome look really spiffy.

Ridley was a pretty tough fight. I died a few times until I figured out I couldn't just go balls out on him.

Was I supposed to kill him before Draygon? I assume so, since that's how it worked out. I'm stuck in Maridia right now, but I just found its Sector 1 statue and I'm sure I'll find my way if I run around enough.

Am I correct in assuming each zone has three guardians?

P.S. Thanks for the plasma beam, it rawks. Screw attacking everything was beginning to lose its charm
