That's sad. He was a man who was passionate about teaching others about wildlife and wildlife preservation. He was an adventurous man. He was entertaining AND enlightening.
You guys can joke all you want, but it is a tragedy. I agree that a man who took so many risks was bound to have it go all wrong one day, but this wasn't a snake bite. It was a freak occurrence.

I have a lot of respect for Mr. Irwin and am sad for his family.

While I may have some Christian beliefs (I WAS raised as a church goer,) I can't justify calling most of the things presented in the bible anything other than mythology. If you looked at it objectively, neither could you. There's nothing to back ANYTHING in the old testament up, and while several things in the new testament are recorded in other histories, the details are still just stories.

No one has a problem labeling other old religious histories as mythology. Why should The current mainstream ones be any different?

Yeah... I don't make the rules. Winter quarter sucks ass, and our spring break is way earlier than everyone else's.

Um... That would make Fall Quarter more than 10 weeks, right? And that would give you a Spring Break at what... third week of March? So Spring Quarter would last halfway thru June?

I've dropped many hundreds of dollars repairing my laptop. I had the dvd burner die. Then it was the MB. Last time was the hard drive. Ugh. I'm sticking to desktops from now on. I can fix those myself.

I actually prefer turn based strategy. RTS games these days are usually just exercises in micromanagement rather than contests of will and superior strategy. Screw that.

Yeah, some dyes are better than others. When I went bright red I had to dye it twice to get it right, it came out a really cool looking shade of pink the first time. However, although it eventually faded a bit, the color lasted until I grew the hair out and cut it off. When I did blue highlights I had to redo them every week or so.
