Good thing I live in a right-to-kill state

Though I guess I could still get sued. Most states' civil code should really include articles protecting defendants from certain suits. If a person is in the act of committing a felony, everything that happens to him should be at his own risk.

I really think that you should not be able to be taken to civil court for anything you've been found innocent of in criminal court. That's almost like double jeopardy.

Well, that's your problem right there. You don't get a side and then go for another side. You get a side. You call that the top. That side's not gotten until the faces on the outward edge are also one color to each side. The entire top layer is done. Then you go for the middle layer, and then the bottom.

(04:53:32) Astinus 9: We get a couple of blocks away and she says we're here. It's the front of a restaurant. she looks around and then fished her crack pipe out of a flower pot where she'd stashed it.

(04:54:29) Astinus 9: We walked on back and my friends where nowhere

(04:56:50) Astinus 9: So she's talking about running away from living in a crack trailer and all, then she's talking about virginia tech and how her family is good and she wants to go home.
(04:57:20) Astinus 9: My friend Matt showed back up at this point and she assumed he'd been there the whole time.

(04:58:19) Astinus 9: and she told me if I took her to Va I could visit my friends and she'd pay half of gas and for me food. and then a pause. and then "..and other incentives."

We joked about it afterward and I mentioned the word "dungeon." Somehow of the two ideas... I'm the bad guy!?

You know, If I hadn't seen the crack pipe and she hadn't told me her life story, I never would have guessed. I mean, I woulda guessed she was on something, but not @$^*@% crack or heroin or anything. She didn't look used, was pretty with good teeth, and clean - surprisingly clean for a homeless person. She was sweet, very well spoken and articulate, and obviously intelligent. I wanted to ask "WTF why crack!?"

...but I didn't.


So what do I say if she calls me? She wrote my number down on her Tony Stewart notepad after getting it out of my phone.

I love beating it on Vegas stakes. It feels a lot more like an accomplishment. But it's no good unless you turn on "cumulative score" so you can rack up the dollars.

Aye, but I see plenty of crackheads and know how they end up acting most of the time. My dad is an assistant District Attorney and also has his own practice so he sees them in court. We're also from a really poor town and they come up all the time asking for money. I know a lot of drugheads through friends too. This one was just really normal looking and acting in contrast with all the others I've seen.

I also had a friend who played the freecell games in order. His mission that summer was to do as many as he could at work instead of doing any work.

He didn't have that job the next summer, and has actually not had a job or gone to school since. This has been years ago. What a winner, right?

Actually, BW was written into G1 cannon. It's the same story, whereas the Armadaverse (Armada, Energon, and Cybertron) are alternate universes and not truly related.

And many Transfans consider Beast Wars to be the finest of the cartoons. All of the Anime Transformers serie have sucked.

In Louisiana, as long as the person is illegally in my house I can blow his fucking head off whether he knows I'm there or not. I take comfort in that. Unlawful entry is unlawful entry, and possible punishments for such should always include death. A criminal knows that breaking in, so if he/she's willing to risk it then I don't see how them dying is anyone else's problem.
