I think I'd burn with my house rather than leave my Transformers behind. Anything else I might be okay with, but I'm pretty attached to all my oldschool stuff.

A job is a job. If you needed the money you'd rethink being above the food service industry.

...of course, I work in /real/ restaurants, but if I were broke and unemployed McDonalds would be acceptable even though it would suck.

So... I just shaved my head with a razor for the first time. Sheesh, that was a lot of work. I guess it wouldn't be as bad if I kept it shaved every day now, bt going from trimmer stubble to smooth took some doing. I suppose it remains to be seen if I get any razor bumps.

I dunno if I'll do it again. I've been buzzing over it with my trimmers for a few weeks and like that, but I didn't like the rasp of the razor on my head so much (though it feels good on the face.)

Pics forthcoming, you guys can tell me if you think I should keep it smooth or grow hair again.

*edit* pics. Yes, those are my Starscreams in the background.

My swim shorts. 'Bout to go mow the lawn (even though there's a black widow hiding somewhere on the mower...scary) and then take a dip in the pool. I had a reaction to some cheap-ass sunscreen and when the rash went away my tan went with it... so back to the grindstoe on that one. Plus I could do for some sun to even out my newly shaved head.

Yeah... I got teh bad sperm. I still have more hair than my brothers do though.

Yes, you'll find them here and there. Don't know that I've been in one though. I'm a Baskin Robbins kind of guy. I crave my scoop of PB & Chocolate on top of my scoop of Lemon Custard.

Too bad there are no more BRs around here anymore. Last time I had it I had to drive to Tulsa.

Ok, so I didn't go all that way for ice cream... but I would, dammit. That's some good stuff.

How do I already have 16 posts today? It seems like I should only have 6 or so.

I just got my laptop back from the shop (again) and installed windows and whatnot. To get the wireless working, however, I need to connect to Windows Update because there are no drivers for the onboard wireless on the cd and ECS does not and never will have drivers for it on thier site, apparrently.

I installed the LAN and restarted, then I plugged in to the back of the router.

Limited or No connectivity. Wonderful. I get that sometimes for no reason, and if I re setup the network enough times it goes away. (Gotta love how in Windows you can do the same EXACT thing on the same machines multiple times and the outcome varies.)

I thought perhaps it's because my router might not have the mac address for the wired lan in the lappy (I use MAC address filtering and it's set for the laptop's wireless) so I went to access the router. Nada. So I came in here to access the router. Nope. It'll let me connect to the net, but when I type in the router's address I get a big fat Page Cannot Be Displayed. Wonderful.

I'm about to go plug the laptop directly into the cable modem so I can go ahead and update (hopefully,) but I'm stuck on this router issue. It's a Belkin WAP, btw.

I love paypal. It's easy and convenient and usually the people who complain have had thier accounts frozen because they were involved in something shady in the first place.

I use PayPal off of ebay a good bit too. We use it for trades a lot over at TFans and I use it to pay vendors at Bricklink. I've never EVER had a problem with it.

It'll still be there, sure, but maybe not as good w/o eBay backing it up. And of course we'd lose the ability to be able to use it for ebay invoices or to pay directly for auctions by clicking a single link.
