Thanks!! =) I made it myself.

It's not extremely difficult, it just takes three or four forevers. I would have finished it a lot faster but I kept changing the way the sleeves hang and making other alterations. It doesn't have those lame seams on the shoulders anymore, the were restrictive. I wanted them to hang closed though so I kinda had to come up with my own methods. The next one I make shouldn't take nearly so long.

I'm not afraid of much, but I have an overpowering fear of spiders. I've been able to face it better recently, I even watched Arachnaphobia all the way through without having to turn it off. But we have spider problems pretty bad here. My last appartment had brown recluses in the AC closet and I'd find them in my towels in the bathroom. Luckily I've ALWAYS been in the habit of shaking towels before use. I don't always check my shoes though, and have been bitten on the foot. Necrosis is no fun. I get bitten every once in a while when I sleep outside in my hammock too, but haven't had a really serious reaction other than some painful welts.

I had a girlfriend pick up a spider and throw it on me once. We were at her parents' house for dinner and she got lectured for it. She didn't get any snuggles that night either. *shudders* She Laughed!! It was NOT FUNNY.

Spiders are horrible and need to die.

Ok. This will not be subtle. You know those things that look like big warts and throw out those little jumpy things when you shoot them? Try rolling around behind one of those.

Yeah but seagulls tend to be tame and dumb. I think pegging them with a paintball would be no problem. However, I imagine getting away with firing your marker in public might be a bit more tricky.

And I'm tellin ya, feed them alka seltzer. That'd be a hell of a stomach ache.

If it's peperroni, Domino's is best. Peperroni and pineapple is really good if you're in the mood.

I'm a big fan of sausage pizza though. Good stuff. As long as my pizza is not thin crust I'm happy.

I'm making a shrimp, pineapple, and bell pepper pizza for lunch tomorrow because I need to use my shrimp before they go bad. I'll let you know how it turns out.

I love metal. Rather than discussing, I'll just list some of my fav. bands.

Alice in Chains is very much my fav. band. They're not metal, though, like so many of you seem to think...

Anyway, I'm into the following:

Lake of Tears
Blind Guardian
Demons & Wizards
Iron Maiden
D.A.D.
Metallica
Queensr˙che
Rhapsody
Opeth
Evanescence
Megadeth
Lacuna Coil
Ozzy
Sevendust
Pantera... sometimes
Mercyful Fate if I'm in the mood to rofl a bit.
Motorhead as done by other, more talented bands

I love a few of Type o Negative's albums too... but I'm not sure if I can call them metal except for thier first (suck) album.

That's not a whole huge list of metal bands, but I have pretty wide musical tastes so don't tend to specialize in a genre. I actually usually do pop-type rock when I'm on stage.

If you don't know Lake of Tears, download one of thier albums (NOT the first 2...)

Xeo: You listen to Impelliteri? Have they even made anything since the 80's? That dude is so full of himself... it's pretty funny.

Barq's is good, and it's what I drink since I only do diet now. If I drank sweet sodas though I'd definately go with Abita root beer. And not just because I'm from Louisiana. It just kicks the hell out of Barq's. Cane sugar > beet sugar. It's as simple as that =P

Before Dr. McGillicuddy's quit making thier root beer it was also up there in the running for best root beer.

Yep. This is where you back up to dvd if you can... or move files to another HD or computer on the network, and then format.

And I very agree with HyperMackerel. Make yourself a system partition where Windows and all your core programs will go. 10 gigs should be way more than enough for windows, updates, your programs, and your paging file (if you don't keep it on a different physical drive) if you install your games and do all your saves and stuff elsewhere.

When you do the format during windows install, highlight your current partition and delete it, and then create a new partition (it tells you how to do all of this on screen) and make it the size you want it. Then create another partition using all the remaining space. You can format this second partition from windows once you've got everything installed.

Dude, it's not a big deal. It's good that you didn't go any farther than you're comfortable with going. Don't worry about it.

Last time I was in a similar position I actually said no. It woulda been the first time for the girl I was dating then and I just didn't think it was the right time for it.

My actual first time having sex sucked. I was kinda drunk and it was with an ex-girlfriend. I wouldn't have done it sober, and I didn't really know what I was doing, and it was just bleh. Actually, none of the times I've had sex with someone I wasn't in love with haven't been that great. I guess I just don't really enjoy casual sex. When the person and time and place is right though... it can be really amazing.

So yeah, "chickening out" isn't a big deal. Better than going too fast. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Maybe you and she should have a talk about sex though.

Caffeine doesn't really do much for me at all... except in very large doses. Then I go from no noticable effect to OMFG WIRED!!1! A few cups of coffee? Doesn't wake me up or give me a boost. An entire blender full of my espresso milkshakes? I'm typing a million miles an hour and pounding on the desk in between sentences. Of course my espresso milkshakes are alcoholic so having a little buzz might have something to do with that too...

You'll have to back up and be ready to install windows before you make your partitions because it requires formatting.

Boot up with the windows cd and when it asks you where to install this version of MS windows you'll see a list of your drives (partitions.) Highlight the partition you wanna use and you'll see some options at the bottom. I believe you press D to delete the partition. It should take you to another screen where it asks you to hit (L I think.) This is to make sure that you're sure.

After that is said and done you'll be back at the screen you started from but instead of seeing your c drive or whatever, you'll see "unpartitioned space." Highlight that and hit C to create your partition. In the appropriate box you'll type in the size in megabytes. Let's go with 10240 to be safe. Seems like that should be exactly 10 gigs, but I may be smoking crack right now.

Once that is done you'll see something like

C: Partition1 [New ] and underneath that a line that says Unpartitioned Space. highlight the unpartitioned space and hit C again, this time creating the partition without changing the default size. This will use the rest of your drive space minus about 8 megs which is reserved.

Finally, highlight the first partition you created and hit enter, and it will take you to the format screen. From there set up windows as usual.

Once setup is complete enter Windows and from my computer right click on your second drive... should be D drive. Select format and choose NTFS as the format. You have to do this because windows can't read to or write from a raw drive.

I hope that wasn't too confusing. It's the best I can do without being able to look at a windows setup screen right now...

Because the edges DO melt stuff. Or if you get the cheapo version and they don't melt stuff, then at least they still glow, and you're so mezzmerized/impressed/stylin that work just seems go go by more quickly, and you can walk with a spring in your step when the job's done, safe in the knowledge that YOUR shovel is more bitchin than most.

I am currently listening to the main game theme from Solstice (not the opening music.) I recorded it the other night and encoded it into mp3. Now I've had it on repeat for at least 2 hours and it pretty much has me in a trance. It got annoying after the first few times through, but then it just became part of the fabric of my universe and it'll be weird to turn it off...

I actually like Iced Earth's Dark Saga cd... but that's possibly because I'm a Spawn fanboy.

I totally forgot to mention Manowar in my list earlier too. Warriors of the World = rox0r.

I'll check out Screaming Symphony and all the cds you have in red and see what I think.

Unfortunately, I've lost a lot of my music because a lot of my cds were stolen and the hard drive on my laptop died. I'm not gonna feel at all bad about downloading any of the albums I had. I just need to get around to doing it.

Ok, yeah, that was a lot more tasteful than a lot of thier old stuff. I guess Chris finally decided that he didn't have to play every note on the damn fretboard every song to pull off a face melter.

I love awesome guitar solos as much as anyone, but I can get kinda soloed out. An awesome solo is cool, but I'm usually much more impressed by awesome rhythm guitar skills.

That's not to say I didn't like the song, because I did. Dunno if I'd buy the cd or not. Chris Impelliteri has speed and he has skill, and he can definately thrash... but he doesn't have the melodic tastes that I expect from someone like say... Satch. Not that Satriani is metal.

I'll have to hear more from the album though. I could see getting into it when I'm on a speed kick.

*edit* Listening to the Gamma Ray now. Completely kickass guitar playing... and the vocals sound like Maiden. Thanks for turning me on to them.
