| It depends. If the game has a more diverse theme, then yeah, different styles that aren't too distant will work. If it's a more strict game (Yoshi's Island, for example), then the style can't vary too much, or things'll look out of the ordinary. The level and/or game will look like someone vomitted all these games into one giant chunk of stuff.
But yeah, graphics can be diverse, but don't get too carried away. |

| I think I have like 20 blocks used for pipes, a couple teleport blocks, a jumpy one, and maybe a few other. I don't usually put too many enemies in one screen though; usually just 2-5. | |||

| I think I have less of a problem with what you said is because I really don't pay attention to Mario's graphics, but more of what's around me. I can see what you mean, and it can be a bit bothersome at times, but it never becomes too out of place in my book. | |||

(You can make it easier if you put everything in just C:/, so you only have to type in a small amount of text) Then you type in the path to the .txt documents with the sprite names on it. Hit enter, and BAM!, the sprites are now in the rom. All you need to do is load the ExGFX files... I hope you know how to do that. Oh yeah, for some strange reason, the sprite tool console application can be opened on its own. That really confused me... |

I can get 99 lives in the second level without save states easily... As for getting a load of points like that... I'd just try to completely clear out a level; I've done it before, but it was because I was bored. I feel guilty using save states, so I almost never use them.
Try getting 99,999,999 points in Super Mario World. It takes less than 30 minutes if you know how to do it. ![]() |

| I'd talk to someone about something, and then just suddenly stop. I'd forget what I was talking about, and because I really wasn't in the conversation yet, the person wouldn't know what I was talking about, either.
I've forgotten something twice in a row. I'd walk somewhere, let's say the kitchen for ice cream. I'd forget about it, so I'd walk back to my room. Then I'd suddenly realize what I was going to do, so I would do it. I'd forget yet again, and return to my room. I'd remember what I was doing one last time, and then my mission would finally be done. As for an earliest memory thing to just keep it going on, it would have to be playing Donkey Kong Country or Super Mario World. I was about 3 or 4 at that time. |

| I don't hold anything against using anyone's graphics as long as the original author permits it and the user doesn't claim it as their own.
Level design looks good so far. Although design can't be really be judged without really experiencing it, and seeing all of it. You've managed to insert so many things that I wouldn't be able to do. The ghost house on the bottom of the overworld reminds me of the Final Fantasy VI Opera House. Great scene... I have to say that this is another hack I'd like to play. |

| Heh. Now it's possible to make a Zelda II-ish dungeon. A lot of updates already, and it hasn't even been a month. | |||

| Apparently, their hearts are frozen. It makes some sense that they're immune... But wouldn't they be even more vulnerable because of the ice affecting them? Or maybe the ice acts as a type of shield... | |||

| The yellow Koopa doesn't bother me that much... I almost never hit things with the cape, and I don't use the Fire Flower too much. | |||

| I'd just leave it there. It's just a single coin, and it's kind of like a tiny reward.
If you really want to remove it, then I can't do anything. I can't do ASM at all. |

| That's for you to decide... I can't think of anything too creative... Maybe a level before the last level that's impossible to pass unless you finish the Special World? | |||

A bottle filled with water. Frozen overnight. Water completely frozen. 3 hours of heat creates something I never would've guessed...

| They say you learn something new every day. I just learned how to say "Fuck off!" in Japanese now. I feel special. It's great that my sister is learning Japanese and that I watch a lot subbed Fullmetal Alchemist, so I know how to pronounce some words... Although I have no idea what they mean.
I always act like it's McDonald's or Pizza Hut when they call, I just scream like hell as if I had a mental problem, or I just simply press a few numbers and hang up. |

| Most of the time, no. If you were to use a music patch and another patch, then there's a chance that it'll connect. If you patch, say Super Mario Odyssey and Super Demo World, it'll become a whole bunch of garbage.
If you must multi-patch, make a backup of your rom. |

| First thing, do NOT replace screens with videos. That's horrible compared to 10 second screenshot loads for us dial-up users.
Random levels? That sounds... Not good. |

| You can place the rom anywhere. It would be a lot easier if it were in the same directory as sprite tool, though.
Your question numbering is... Screwed up. 1, B, III (... The hell..?), 20/5. (... Uhh..) |

| ... A warning? I think screenshots would be easier for everyone...
From what I've seen so far (Half of first video), the level design looks bland. I noticed you took the first level from Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japanese version). It's okay, but I prefer original levels. |
