I might be late, BUT DON'T STOP WORKING ON THIS HACK! Seriously, I love how you made the overworld, levels, title screen. Man, this is the best hack I've ever seen (screenshot-wise). Keep it up man, and finish this thing.  |

| Did you actually save the ExGFX via the 8x8 and 16x16 editor? If not, delete the tiles for the BG, reinsert them and save these maps with F9, then reinsert the ExGFX and you should be fine. Don't forget to save the level too before inserting the ExGFX back. | |||

| It doesnt really need any ASM at all. Just modify the GFX to fit with eachother, and also recolor the Rex to not overwrite the question block's palette, etc. | |||

| It kinda hurts me and maybe some of you, but I stopped SMW hacking forever. I barely have any time to continue my hack and decided to stop it. I MIGHT pick it up again when I have more spare time but until then, no SMW hacking, etc anymore. I think I'll be an advisor for it only then. =/ Sorry guys. | |||

Umm, you dont need to convert it into a PNG file, just leave it as a BMP file with maximally 16 colors and you should be able to import this BMP into any BIN file with Tile Layer Pro or YY-CHR. I recommend YY-CHR for BMP importing as the palette will turn out better. If you don't know how to create an empty BIN file, extract the GFX from the SMW rom and copy GFX01.bin into another folder, open it and delete all tiles, then copy your BMP into and save it.
