Work with Arthus on that Zelda II editor?

Your "BatDance" looks really good, and wouldn't mind an interface something like that for a Zelda II editor.

Well mine looks similar to that, with the tiles on the side and the main box on the left. But I need a front GUI because there is so much to edit in Zelda II.

And here is a picture of the editor we were referring to:

So I must say, I rather look forward to this. If it is like you say, the GUI will be very straightforward, something that I like in an editor, as long as it works.

You're not getting it.

He wants the water and the palette, but not the other swimming attributes, (Not being able to run, jump on enemies, and the producing of bubbles.)

It's not hard to just make a water level.. Not a water level.

That's right, it's spread around a bunch recently, but finally, a Revolution title!

It's called "Red Steel," and it's sort of an FPS. You use the nunchaku-type controller(s), and the aiming and such is motion sensored. You even get to use a katana with the remote! !

http://www.digg.com/gaming/Ubisoft_s_Revolution_title_Red_Steel_revealed.

There's the digg article, too.

At the beginning, it was a race to the end of a level, aka Sonic 2 and such.

That's what I would have preferred, honestly.

But.. You guys must be missing something.

This game is ONLINE. Yes, online. Can you imagine how awesome that's going to be? Finally, Nintendo consoles online. I mean, Metroid is great... But this has SWORDS.

16 player online Katana duels! Forget the swordfights in Halo, this will be much, much more awesome.

Funny, I've gotten one laugh from somebody, and another regained his sanity he lost from yours.

So, I guess I have a 66% success rate.

Matt: Insult him in REAL TIME
Matt: Please
Matt: Psychologically murder the bastard please.
Matt: It'll fill the vacant hole left by Megan's absence.
Matt: His comics are so bad...

Okay then, he liked mine better than yours.

Does that count?

Here's a picture of me and my girlfriend.

It's small because it was blurry, so I resized it to look alright.

Damn my shaky hand.

EDIT: Hair is longer now..

I'm definately putting that in my SMB notes, but the weird thing in my notes is that 074e didn't read 00 in my rom in the first place... Oh well.

Changing the points did create the effects that you mentioned though, I love it! Hell, I wouldn't mind just turning on block-hitting, stomping of enemies, and running underwater just for the hell of it IN actual water levels. Good work, and thanks for the notes!

Thanks you guys. XD

Our 6 months is actually today, and I'd be spending it with her, but she's off in Germany right now. >.>

Anyways, that would be my favorite picture if it wasn't so goddamn blurry.

And yes, she totally does have that "Cute innocent" etc sorta look from some sort of anime. XD

And there is a picture of us from Homecoming, 2 days after we started dating, which probably explains any awkwardness of mine in that picture. We'd known eachother for over a year, but she's my first serious girlfriend..

for crooked bow-ties!

I would just like to say that I love you for making this.

And now I will go play All Stars, and be happy about it.

I guess I complained enough about it, and now I can actually enjoy this game.

EDIT:
So, I just beat the original Super Mario Bros. on this the second time through in a row with 13 extra lives.

And I must say, it is enjoyable due to this patch.

Yes! This is what I had prayed for it to be prior to reading the topic!

The interface is nice and simple, but I must wonder if this actually edits the ROM file yet? If so, awesome.

I would do it, simply because I would regret not doing it.

And my girlfriend might slap me for taking up the offer, even though the money would to gas for visiting her..

I don't know much, but I think I recall him saying something about doing that as well.

I'm not sure though, guess Arthus' say would be the one to consider.

Anyways, once you figure out how to load the tiles, it will accept custom graphics then, right?

All I have to say at first, is..

"Fuck you Sony, fuck you to fucking hell with your idea stealing methods and your crappy E3 presentation with your giggling schoolgirl Ken Kutaragi."

Seriously, the whole thing felt like a chore to watch, and that controller makes me very, very unhappy. I was looking forward to seeing what the revovation was going to but, but now I'm obviously pissed.
