When I would emulate Dreamcast I had always used ChanKast, it seemed to be the most complete and gave me very little problems with the games I did run; I'm sure you could search for a compatability list to see if Ikaruga works or not.

Now I've usually only listened to konami's CD's of castlevania music, and have always been disapointed; they seemed to somehow ruin every song I grew up loving. This soundtrack however, is fucking awesome.

Are there any other official game remixes that either completely ruin games, or make you love them twice as much?

I'm looking into getting the F-Zero Guitar Arrange track next.

Thats sortof why I made it. Alot of people wonder how I do make pixel art and sprites and such, "Teach me!" and such, so this is in a way a tutorial, and showing its easier than it might seem once you get the hang of it.
