mtPaint seems pretty nice, too. it's open-source and multi-platform, ran across it while looking for a decent pixel program for linux

I always post my WIPs around, hoping to get critisism and such on them, ideas, whatever, while I was working on this I got next to no help from forums/chats whatever, kinda disapointed me, but I guess with how much artwork I churn out its just "oh setz is making new artwork yawn"

If you can't seem to get the file running properly, it could either just be the game isn't fully supported (although I remember playing SFIII 3 in chankast fine) you can always try mounting them and exporting them into a different format (iso, bin+cue) and see how that works
