I hate how the levels are organized (level 1 being level 105)

How do I rearrange or delete them and add new levels and stuff?

Huh well yeah I knew you could just replace level 105 with level 1, I was just hoping you could delete levels to make the file smaller or something, and have less clutter.

I'm pretty new to it, but I know how to do the basics like switch tilesets and stuff.

I had a nice overworld map and 2 levels going but my computer broke

I'll have to play around to figure out how to work the overworld stuff though.
