Hello,

How can i add a horizontal bounce block, like in SMB3?
It acts like a all side bouncing note-block in horizontal direction and like a normal block in vertical direction.

In Blocktool i did'n found this, but in several hacks i do!

Yes,

it's 12A and 12B.

The only thing is that the sprite of a pow block is used when touched.
I can overwrite the sprite with my own block, but then it wouldn't be possible to use a pow in the same level.

Does anybody know how to implement horizontal and vertical flames like in the SMB3 airships?
I'm also interested in these up & down-going small piranha plants, like in world 7 of SMB3.

I use the mikeyk pipes in some levels. But only mario can interact with them. All other sprites like koopas or pow-blocks fall through it. Is it possible to make a correct interaction with them?

Hello,

1. You have to make the behavior of all pipe pieces like 25, and this is not a solid block in my game!
2. To use them, read the f****** explaining HTML-Page mikeyk put in his archive, it's a little bit work with blocktool and 16x16 tile editor

Someone has an idea now, how it works solid with sprites?

Strange, on my vertical levels it works fine!
On the horizontal one, it doesn't work.

Hello,

How can i fix the problem:

My game always slown down, when sprites are appearing. Only 1 or 2 bouncing koopas are enough to slow the game extremely. I also tried the patch on smwcental.net. It's the same problem with ZSNES and also SNES9x

Anybody has an idea like quicksand like in SMB3 can be implemented? There are custom movement blocks in blocktool, but that works different.

When does a better version of blocktool come out? I have the newest (2.0)
In other hacks this slowdown does not appear so extremely. Layer2 & Buoyancy is not enabled in mostly of my levels.
