Hey, remember when HWA was a WWE developmental territory? I wish they still were, if they're going to be on the cable company's channel. For reals, this guy just clobbered Ben Kimera with one and blurted out "THE POWER OF THE WORD!" Uh, yeah. And that match (Foreign Intelligence vs. Kimera/Brian Jennings) just went to a double-countout. Did I mention it was a no-DQ match (no one could answer a 10-count) and there'll be a rematch next week, only a TLC match? Hooray indy wrestling?

Really, the big thing was a three-way with Lotus, Tack, and Crazy K where there were blown spots a-plenty. EXPLOIDAH! into the ropes? Whoops, not the plan, metinks.

Oh, and what the hell is this guy wearing?

(Fun fact: That show was taped November 15. Slightly delayed but I'm not in Ohio.)

Maybe she reallyreally wanted to be on Figure it Out? Don't know if it's the same person, but they had someone on there who held the record for that. Poor Summer Sanders almost had the hang of it, too.

1. Are you happy with your weight? No. Trying to lose about 70 pounds... but that's where #2 comes in.
2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight? Joined a gym a week ago. I'm getting into the habit of going thrice weekly, and I'm keeping track of what I eat, trying to eat healthier. Got the calories down pat, but it's tough when you're on the road and have to rely on fast food/not cooking for yourself.
3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)? No, but only because of the composition. Less fat, more muscle, then yes.
5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember) Not really. But now, I'm actually trying to do something about it, so get back to me next year and see what I say.

Didn't think it was seen as anything more than Raffy making excuses. Either way, trade talks for Tejada are getting ridiculous: the O's want Ramirez AND Clement AND $22 million (more'n likely) or a top prospect (think Jon Lester or Jonathan Papelbon), and the Red Sox want Tejada and top OF prospect Nick Markakis. If Baltimore had its druthers, they'd be sending someone like Luis Matos, who barely qualifies as a throw-in.

I've found the anecdotal formula of ((your age)/2) + 7 = minimum to be pretty much applicable. Meaning for me, 19 and up only. Good thing my girlfriend's, ah, 27...
